には掻落棒を摺動自在に挾持する案内溝を設け、
掻落棒の他の一端の先端が掻取アームの傾斜面に
当接して可動することを特徴とする遠心分離機の

転方向に対向してバスケツトの半径方向外向に回
動させる回動軸であり図示はされない油圧シリン
ダーによつて駆動される。9は形状が円弧状の弾
性体の細長片からなる掻落棒であり、ステンレス
その他の弾性を有する金属性の細長の丸棒、角棒
等からなる。細長なのは掻落棒自体にケーキが付
着するのを防止するためである。掻落棒9の一端
は排出シユート6の上端部に棒支持材10によつ
て掻取アーム5の回動面で回転自在に軸支され
る。この一端はつる巻状にして弾性を増加するの
もよい。11は掻取アームの傾斜面5′の下端部
に欠切して設けられた案内溝であり掻取棒9が係
合して摺動自在に可動できる様な形状になつてい

アーム5が半径方向内側にある時は第3図の状態
であるが時間経過とともに半径方向外側に移動す
るにつれて掻落棒9の先端は掻取アームの傾斜面
5′に圧接を始め傾斜面5′に付着している粉塊状
のケーキを掻落しながら徐々に下り第4図の様に
なる、この際掻落し棒9は案内溝11に挾持され
ているので左右に倒れることなくその先端は傾斜
面5′に垂直に当り付着している塊状のケーキを
効果的に掻落することができる。掻取アーム5が
ケーキ層を掻取り、基礎層迄達したら最初の位置
迄戻るがこの際にも掻取り時とは逆方向に掻落棒
9の先端が傾斜面に当接するので付着ケーキの剥
