【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は砂利の再洗機に使用する破砕羽根に係
るものである。

一体に成型したものであつたが、この種の破砕羽
根は上縁部が摩耗し易く破砕効果が短時間に低下

いので再洗機の稼動率を低下させる欠点があつ
た。

に使用出来るようにするため左右、前後へ6個に
分割できるようにしたものである。

に分割出来るので摩耗の激しい部分のみを新しい
ものに交換すれば他はそのまま継続して使用出来
るから破砕羽根を有効且つ経済的に活用出来るも
のであり、然も、扇形の主翼片及び副翼片の上縁
に前方へ突出させて肉厚部を設けたから副翼片の
肉厚部の上面を主翼片の肉厚部の前方突出部の下
面に突き合せながら副翼片を主翼片の表側平面部
に重ね合せれば、各翼片に設けた取付螺子孔を容
易に同一心状に合せられるので砂利の再洗機の回
転主軸に突設した取付板への取付けを容易に行う
ことが出来るから、砂利の再洗機に使用する破砕
羽根として大きな実用的効果を発揮するものであ
る。
