【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、天井板等の被取付板に簡便に取付け

ピーカ開口部付近にこのスピーカ取付板の下面
（天井板等の被取付板に接する面）よりも上方に
円筒状の立ち上がり部を伴つて持上げた部分が設
けられており、この持上げた部分にスピーカ２を
固定する。このスピーカ２は防塵布５により被わ
れている。さらにこのスピーカ取付板１の持上げ
た部分には、スプリング３を通す複数個の小孔８
が設けられており、スプリング３の端部を小孔８
から垂下し、化粧パネル７の引掛部１０に係合が
容易なようにフツク４を取付けてある。そして被
取付板６の孔１１に、スピーカ本体を挿入可能に
し、被取付板６の裏面に上記の穴１１を通じて設
置する。次に、フツク４を引き出して、化粧パネ
ル７の引掛部１０に係合することにより、スピー

小孔７にはフツク４が貫通して垂下し、このフツ
クの延長部は支持板３の裏面上に配設されたスプ
リング４ａに支持されて上方に引張られている。
前記支持板３の穴８にはパネルスピーカ２のスピ
ーカ後部が挿入されるようにされ、このパネルス
ピーカ２はスピーカと装飾パネルから成り、装飾
パネルの上面には前記フツク４と対応する位置に
引懸金具５が固着され、フツク４と金具５が連結
された時パネルスピーカ２が天井板に取付けられ
るようになつている。パネルスピーカ２を天井板
１に取付けるにはフツク４をスプリング４ａの張
力に抗して下方に引張り、これを引懸金具５に掛
ければよい。即ちこの時フツク４はスプリング４
ａにより上方に引張られているためフツク４に連
結されたパネルスピーカ２も上方に移動し天井面

ねじ止め用の小穴３５が設けられている基部３６
とから成つている。更に天井押え３０は、天井板
等の被取付板３７に穿設された開孔を跨いで被取
付板裏面に載架されている。スプリングバネ３１
は、天井押え３０の握り部溝４６に沿わせて懸架
されており、その端部にはフツク３８が取り着い
ている。パネル３２には、スピーカ３９と基板４
０とランプ（LED）４１とが取り付けられてい
る。更にパネル３２は、スプリングバネ３１の端
部に取り着いたフツク３８で引掛金具４２に連結

張り力によつて天井押え３０とパネル３２でもつ

る。更にパネルを装飾するための角形パネルやサ
ランネツト（布）を用いてその意匠を容易に変更
