コンバータと、このコンバータから得られる電力
を前記双方向性スイツチに供給する回路手段と、
双方向性スイツチに供給する電力を前記コンバー
タを構成するトランスの２次側からオン、オフす
るスイツチ手段とで構成したことを特徴とするス
