本考案は石油ストーブの点火装置に関するもの

従来例の構成とその問題点
従来、この種の点火装置は、灯芯を燃焼最適値
にくり上げた後、点火ヒータを手動で灯芯近傍ま
で接近させ、ヒータ部を赤熱させて点火してい
た。しかしながら第4図に示すようにヒータ11
が灯芯12の中心線と同一線上を移動するため灯
芯12とヒータ11の距離がほぼ全域にわたつて
一定となり、室温が低いとか電池が消耗した時な
どのやや過酷な条件下では、点火に適した灯油の
蒸発量を作りだせず点火不良をおこすという問題

考案の構成
本考案は上記目的を達成するため点火ヒータを
灯芯の中心線から一定距離ずらせた線上に設けて
あり、点火ヒータが灯芯に接近した場合ヒータの
左端から右端における灯芯との距離が異なるよう
に、点火ヒータを灯芯の中心線上より左右いずれ
か一方向に一定間隔ずらすとともに灯芯に対向す
る点火ヒータの一定長さの面を前記中心線に対し

実施例の説明
以下本考案の一実施例を第1図〜第3図をもち
いて説明する。第1図は石油ストーブを示し、点
火をする場合は芯調節つまみ1で灯芯2をくり上
げてから、点火ボタン3を押して灯芯2に点火ヒ
ータ4を近づけるわけであるが、第2図に示すよ
うに、灯芯2はタンク5内にあり十分な油をふく
んでいる。点火ボタン3は前述した如く手で押す
ことにより点火ヒータ4を灯芯2へ接近させると
共に電池6との回路を動作させて(図示せず)点

の空気量に対して灯油の蒸発量が多すぎたり、少
なすぎたりすると火がつかなくなる。この場合点
火にいたるプロセスで重要なのは、灯芯2と点火
ヒータ4との距離であり、この間隔が近すぎる
と、灯油蒸発量が多くなり、遠すぎると少なくな
る傾向にあるため、最適な寸法になるようにくふ
うされているが、室温の変化とか、ヒータのバラ
ツキ、電池の消耗等によつてその最適寸法は異な
つてくるため微妙に点火したり点火しなかつたり
する。特に第4図に示す如く従来の点火装置では
灯芯とヒータの間隔が全域ほぼ一定の為、前記し
た諸々の条件変化に対応することが困難であつ
た。そこで本考案では第3図に示すように灯芯2
の中心線Aに対して一定距離Dずらせた線上Bに
点火ヒータ4を設けてある。この構成によると点
火ヒータ4を灯芯側に押圧した時この点火ヒータ
4と灯芯2との間隔はl1からl2までの範囲で順次
異なることになる。したがつてどのような条件下
においても点火ヒータ4と灯芯2との間の距離に
最適寸法のものが必ず得られ、点火不良をおこす
ことなく確実に点火できる。なお図中7は芯外
筒、8は芯案内筒で、灯芯2はこれら両筒間を上

せるだけという簡単な構成により上記効果をもた
