部横断面図、第２図及び第３図は従動デイスクの
外周縁部の横断面図である。第４図は従来のデイ
スク式無段変速装置の要部を示す一部横断面図、
第５図はその従動デイスクの外周縁部の横断面図
である。 １…原動デイスク、１ａ…伝動面、２…従動デ
イスク、２ａ…外周縁部、３…自動調圧機構。
変速装置の実施例を示し、第１図は要部を示す一
部横断面図、第２図及び第３図は従動デイスクの
外周縁部の横断面図である。第４図は従来のデイ
スク式無段変速装置の要部を示す一部横断面図、
第５図はその従動デイスクの外周縁部の横断面図
である。 １…原動デイスク、１ａ…伝動面、２…従動デ
イスク、２ａ…外周縁部、３…自動調圧機構。
Claims (1)
- 従動デイスク２を原動デイスク１の伝動面１ａ
に対し、その原動デイスク１の径方向に位置変更
可能に圧接させると共に、原動デイスク１側に、
従動デイスク２の負荷トルクの大きさに応じて圧
接力を増減させる自動調圧機構３を備えたデイス
ク式無段変速装置であつて、前記従動デイスク２
の外周縁部２ａを先細り形状の弾性材で構成し、
前記圧接力の増大に応じ、原動デイスク１の伝動
面１ａに対する従動デイスク２の接触面積が可逆
的に増大変化し得るように構成してあるデイスク
式無段変速装置。
