Conventionally, as this type of device, those shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-349 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-5061 have been proposed, but in the former case, the battery embedded in the insole was used as a therapeutic electrode. It is not used, but only generates an electromotive force for the treatment electrode provided separately by absorbing moisture, so it is necessary to provide two types of electrodes: a battery and a treatment electrode, and in the case of the latter, it is buried in the insole. Since the treatment device has a built-in battery as well as a pulse current generation circuit, it is bulky and if the insole is not made thick, when worn with footwear, a localized sense of pressure will be felt on the foot and the footwear will be uncomfortable. There were flaws.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has been made to further improve these problems, and includes a plurality of batteries and a therapeutic pulse generator in an insole body having a top plate made of a porous material. The upper electrode of the battery and the electrode of the therapeutic pulse generator are used as therapeutic electrodes and are exposed and protruded from the insole surface plate at separate treatment points, and the battery has a dry electrode containing an electrolyte between the upper and lower electrodes. The insulating material does not normally generate an electromotive force, but the electromotive force is generated when the dry insulating material absorbs moisture, and the therapeutic pulse generator and the battery are connected by lead wires. By connecting the wires, the therapeutic pulse generator and the battery can be separated and the insole can be made thinner, eliminating the feeling of pressure on the feet and improving comfort.
Since the upper electrode of the battery is also used as a therapeutic electrode, it is possible to obtain a foot electrotherapy device that can provide a large number of therapeutic electrodes, improve the therapeutic effect, and prevent wasteful consumption of the battery. It is possible.

Reference numeral 1 denotes an insole main body, which is constructed by laminating a bottom plate 2 and a top plate 3 made of a porous material. Reference numeral 4 denotes a therapeutic pulse generator, which is embedded in the arch of the foot of the insole body 1, and a therapeutic electrode 5 provided on the upper surface thereof is exposed from the top plate 3 at a position corresponding to acupuncture points, that is, treatment points on the underfoot surface. It is installed protrudingly. Reference numeral 6 denotes a battery, which is thinly laminated with a dry insulating material 9, such as paper or cloth, which has hygroscopic properties and contains an electrolyte between the electrodes, for example, made of a copper plate 7 and an aluminum or zinc plate 8. A plurality of insole bodies are embedded between the bottom plate 2 and the top plate 3 of the insole main body 1, and the insole is located at a position where the foot sweats a lot and corresponds to pressure points, that is, treatment points on the underfoot surface, for example. The batteries 6 are placed at the base of the toe, etc., and are connected in series by lead wires 10, with their respective upper electrodes 7 exposed and protruding from the top plate 3. Both lead wires 11 and 12 from both ends of the battery connected in series are connected to the circuit of the therapeutic pulse generator 4. As shown in FIG. 4, this circuit consists of a resistor 13 and a capacitor 14 connected in series between the terminals of both lead wires 11 and 12, and two resistors 15 and 16, which are also connected in series. is connected to the anode and gate of the SCR 17, and the cathode connects one line of the primary winding of the transformer 18 to the treatment electrode 5, and the other line to the terminal of the lead wire 12.

With this structure, when this insole is worn inside footwear, the insulator 9 inside each battery 6 absorbs moisture due to the perspiration of the feet inside the footwear, causing both the upper and lower electrodes 7 and 8 to absorb moisture. An electromotive force is generated between the two, which activates the therapeutic pulse generator 4 to apply a low-frequency pulse current and a potential difference between the therapeutic electrode 5 at one end of the secondary winding and the electrode 7a at the other end. electrode 5,
It stimulates the treatment point 7a and produces therapeutic effects such as recovery from muscle fatigue in the legs and promotion of blood circulation.

As described in detail above, the present invention includes a plurality of batteries having upper and lower electrodes and a therapeutic pulse generator arranged in an insole main body having a top plate made of a porous material, and an upper electrode of the battery. The electrodes of the therapeutic pulse generator are exposed and protruded from the insole top plate at separate treatment points, respectively, and the battery is provided with a dry insulator containing an electrolyte between the electrodes, and the battery is continuously operated at all times. does not generate an electromotive force, but generates an electromotive force when the dry insulator absorbs moisture, and the therapeutic pulse generator and battery are connected with lead wires, so footwear Even if the insole is worn inside the battery, since a dry insulator containing electrolyte is placed between the electrodes, the battery does not generate an electromotive force at all times, and only when the feet perspire during use does the battery generate a dry insulator. Since the insulator absorbs moisture and generates an electromotive force, unnecessary battery consumption can be prevented and the battery can be used for a long period of time. In addition, since the battery and the therapeutic pulse generator are placed separately in the insole, the therapeutic pulse generator can be made thinner, and the rigidity of the insole is distributed throughout the insole instead of being concentrated in one part, making it extremely comfortable to wear. In good condition. Furthermore, since the electrode corresponding to the treatment point is operated by the upper electrode of the battery as well as the electrode of the therapeutic pulse generator, the configuration can be simplified without the need for special electrode placement, and the treatment effect can be enhanced. It has various excellent effects.
