Therefore, it is necessary to secure a storage space for them, and as a result, the bottom surface 2a of the accessory holder 2 cannot be formed deeply in the instrument panel 1. Therefore, the small item tray 2 is necessarily shallow, and when a map or small items are placed on it, if acceleration is applied to the vehicle such as when starting or cornering, the map or small items may Since there is a risk that the driver may fly out from the front edge 7 of the receiver 2, the driver's attention will be distracted, which is not desirable from a safety standpoint. As a solution to this problem, for example, the peripheral edge of the small article receiver 2 may be formed to protrude higher than the conventional one, so that the depth of the small article receiver 2 is ensured to be large. However, this method increases the molding cost of the instrument panel 1 and has problems such as detracting from the appearance of the vehicle interior.Furthermore, even when no small items are placed, the peripheral protrusions make it difficult for occupants to constantly I had a problem with narrowing my field of vision.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the accessory holder 2 according to this embodiment includes a receiving portion 9 recessed in a substantially rectangular shape on the upper surface of an instrument panel 1 made of resin; It is composed of a long resin fall prevention plate 8 disposed along the front edge 7.

Support holes 15a and 15b are drilled below the left and right side surfaces 17 and 18 of the , and near the front side surface 19.
By inserting them into the respective parts, they are rotatably supported and can be erected. Further, the accessory receiver 2 includes the following holding means for holding the fall prevention plate 8 in the upright position. That is, in one side end 8a of the drop prevention plate 8, a pin hole 12 is recessed in the longitudinal direction slightly above the protrusion of the rotation shaft 10a, and the pin hole 12 is recessed into the spring 13 and the spring. A stopper pin 14 is inserted which is biased outwardly by 13. An engagement hole 16 is formed in one side surface 17 of the receiving part 9 above the support hole 15a, and the fall prevention plate 8 can be rotated to stand up approximately vertically as shown in FIG. When the stopper pin 14 is pushed by the spring 13 and engages with the engagement hole 16, the drop prevention plate 8
is held in place.

Since the stopper pin 14 is pushed back while slidingly contacting the surface of the engagement hole 16, its engagement is released and the fall prevention plate 8 can be tilted toward the receiving portion 9 side. Furthermore, a protrusion 11 is formed at the upper end of the fall prevention plate 8 along the longitudinal direction toward the receiving part 9, and the tip of this protrusion 11 is connected to the bottom surface of the receiving part 9 when the fall prevention plate 8 is folded down. 9a.
Furthermore, the height dimension L of the fall prevention plate 8 is formed larger than the depth dimension H of the receiving part 9, so that when the fall prevention plate 8 is erected, the instrument panel 1
It is designed to protrude from the top surface of the.

When the vehicle is standing up, the stopper pin 14 engages with the engagement hole 16 and the fall prevention plate can be fixed in a state protruding from the upper surface of the instrument panel 1. Therefore, when the vehicle is started or cornering, etc. In cases where acceleration is added,
Even if a small item placed on the receiving part 9 moves toward the passenger side and tries to fall, it hits the fall prevention plate 8 and becomes difficult to fall. At this time, since a protrusion 11 is formed on the upper end of the fall prevention plate 8 along the longitudinal direction on the side of the receiving part 9, even if a small object tries to jump over the fall prevention plate 8, it will hit this and further It's becoming harder to fall.

In addition, at this time, the protruding part 11 formed at the upper end of the fall prevention plate 8 comes into contact with the bottom surface 9a of the receiving part 9, so if paper such as a map or pass ticket is sandwiched between these parts, it will be protected by the wind. It also prevents things like being blown away.

However, as shown in Fig. 8, the stopper pin 1
A plurality of engagement holes 16 may be provided along the locus 4, and in this case, the opening degree of the fall prevention plate 8 can be changed in stages. As a result, when a small item smaller than the height dimension L of the fall prevention plate 8 is placed, the angle of upright inclination of the fall prevention plate 8 is changed according to the size of the small item to more or less secure the visibility. In addition, small items can be sandwiched between the fall prevention plate 8 and the bottom surface 9a of the receiving portion 9, thereby further preventing small items from falling.

In this case, small items etc. It can be held between the part 9 and the part 9 by a spring force, making it possible to more reliably prevent small items from falling.

a, 15b, respectively, to make the fall prevention plate 8 rotatable, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the hinge member is inserted between the fall prevention plate 8 and the receiving part 9. It may be arranged between the fall prevention plates 8 to be rotatable, or any other support mechanism that allows the fall prevention plate 8 to rotate may be used.

As with the conventional method, it has never been said that it spoils the appearance.
Furthermore, since it can be applied to conventional accessory holders, the manufacturing cost will not be high.
