(c) Problems to be solved by the invention By the way, in the case of such a container jet washer, a single container is placed on a turntable with the opening facing downward, and this container is pressed from above. The turntable is supported under pressure by the turntable, and is designed to withstand the high-pressure cleaning liquid pressure from the cleaning nozzle that sprays from below toward the entire inside of the container. There is a risk that the container on the turntable may slide and swing outward due to the lubricating action of the cleaning liquid acting on the container support surface of the turntable.

Furthermore, since the containers are placed one by one on the turntable and cleaned, there is a drawback that the efficiency of continuous cleaning of a large number of containers is reduced. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that the containers placed on the turntable be held immovably and thoroughly cleaned during cleaning. Additionally, it is most necessary to efficiently and thoroughly clean and clean a large number of containers.

(e) Action First, open the opening / closing door 10 installed in the front of the machine box 1 so as to be able to move up and down, for example, and as shown in Fig. The opening/closing door 10 is placed on both sides of the frame-shaped turntable 4 facing the liquid feeding rotation main pipe 3 of the section.
After closing, turn the operation start switch on the operation panel 11.
The ON operation drives the cleaning liquid feed pump P 1 to forcefully feed the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank through the main liquid feeding pipe 12 to the left and right branch liquid feeding pipes 13 and 14, and the cleaning liquid from the right branch liquid feeding pipe 14 is sent almost vertically. The cleaning liquid is pumped into the vertical liquid feeding pipe 15 which is raised and connected, and this cleaning liquid is fed under pressure into the upper liquid feeding pipe 16. and,
The cleaning liquid is force-fed through the upper liquid-feeding pipe 16 to a cap-type liquid-feeding head 17, and from there to a liquid-feeding pipe 18 that is sealed-fitted to the liquid-feeding head 17 so as to be horizontally rotatable. The cleaning liquid from this liquid sending pipe 18 is fed under pressure to the central hydraulic chamber 20 of the power cylinder 7 by a hydraulic cylinder or the like connected horizontally to the upper central member 19 of the frame-type turntable 4, and the hydraulic pressure causes the tension coil spring to The left and right rams 23, 2 are restored by the elastic restoring force of 21, 22.
4 are slid in opposite directions or outwardly from each other, thereby forcing the ramrods 8, 9 outwardly. The ram rods 8 and 9 actuate connecting levers 27 and 28 hinged to the outer ends of the upper member 19 of the frame-type turntable 4 with pins 25 and 26, respectively, to operate the arm-type bars 5 and 6. The lower end is pushed inward, and the tip parts 29 and 30 are used to forcefully push the back side of the container C.
The peripheral edge of the opening is brought into pressure contact with the vertical members 31 and 32 at the center of the frame-shaped turntable 4, so that the container C is immovably held in the accommodating part T of the frame-shaped turntable 4. At the same time, on the other hand, the cleaning liquid that has been force-fed to the left and right branch liquid-feeding pipes 13 is force-fed to the liquid-feeding rotating main pipe 3 and flows upward, and is force-fed to the rotating injection nozzles 2a and 2b, and the cleaning liquid is pumped into the container. It is designed to powerfully spray in a radial direction toward the entire inner circumferential surface of C. At the same time, the start switch of the drive motor M on the operation panel 11 is turned ON to drive the drive motor M, thereby starting the sprocket 33, the transmission chain 34, and the sprocket 35.
is rotated to rotate the rotating shaft 36, thereby rotating the liquid feeding rotary main pipe 3 at a relatively low speed, and thereby, as shown in FIG. Rotating the large diameter bevel gear 38 fixed to the rotating main pipe 3, meshing with it to rotate the small diameter bevel gear 40 fixed to the horizontal rotating shaft 39, and rotating the transmission sprocket 41 fixed to the other side of the rotating shaft 40, From this, an upper sprocket 43 is rotated via a transmission chain 42.

The rotating tube shaft 44 of this sprocket 43 is connected to the first
As shown in FIG. 0, it is supported horizontally on a bearing part 45 at the upper part of the liquid feeding rotational main pipe 3 and is formed integrally with the bearing part 45 through a cleaning liquid discharge opening 46 in the upper part of the liquid feeding rotational main pipe 3. Since pressure inlets 49 and 50 for the cleaning liquid are provided in the surrounding wall 47,
The cleaning liquid press-fitted from the press-fitting chamber 48 is press-fitted into the rotary tube shaft 44 through the press-in ports 49 and 50, and is then fitted and fixed into the press-fit openings 51 and 52 opened at both left and right ends of the rotary tube shaft 44. The rotary jet nozzles 2 are press-fitted into the rotary jet nozzles 2a and 2b, and the rotary jet nozzles 2
A, 2b are rotated in a manner similar to the rotating state of a water wheel, and the cleaning liquid is injected radially.Furthermore, the liquid feeding rotation main pipe 3 is rotated horizontally, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the rotating injection nozzles 2a, 2b into a frame. By the horizontal rotation of the mold turntable 4, a powerful and concentrated injection is made from the opening of the rotating container C toward the entire inner circumferential surface to completely clean the inner circumferential surface of the container C.

The structure of the forward and reverse rotation nozzles 62 and 63 and the jetting action of the high pressure cleaning liquid are the same as those of the forward and reverse rotation nozzles 64, 65 and 66 shown in FIG. The forward and reverse rotational motion of these forward and reverse rotation nozzles is caused by the movement of the levers 86 and 87 by the forward and backward reciprocating motion of the vertical reciprocating rod 82 via a bell crank 81 pivoted to the elbow 80 from the lower reciprocating rod 79. The lever 88 is smoothly moved by the upper reciprocating rod 91 via a bell crank 90 pivotally connected to the elbow 89.

Furthermore, the container to be cleaned placed and housed in the housing part of the frame-shaped turntable is strongly pressed from the back side by the pressure bar by the pressing force of the hydraulic power cylinder and is firmly held in the housing part. The rotary centrifugal force of the turntable keeps it seated and fixed in place until the cleaning is completed without any movement, and the cleaning nozzle powerfully sprays the cleaning liquid from the top and bottom sides onto the entire top, bottom, and back of the container, covering the entire container. Can be completely cleaned in a short time. Therefore, it has an excellent cleaning function as an automatic container jet washer and has great practical effects.
