The object of the present invention is to provide an insole that does not get stuffy even when worn over a long period of time and allows comfortable walking. The use of insoles in shoes and other footwear has been common practice for a long time, but these conventional insoles only create a void at the inner bottom of the footwear, and prevent moisture from getting trapped inside. I can't. In other words, it is generally known that when walking while wearing shoes, etc., a considerable amount of water is released from the skin surface of the feet, and the released water accumulates inside and is released to the wearer. It causes discomfort, increases fatigue, and causes athlete's foot and other problems. Therefore, in order to avoid the accumulation of such emitted moisture in footwear, perforations are provided on the upper surface of shoes for ventilation, or breathable leather is used, but this does not necessarily mean that moisture is removed in a desirable manner. It is well known that if you are unable to do so, your feet will still get stuffy and you will experience some discomfort when walking. For this reason, some proposals have been made to use a desiccant in the resin film film of the insole as described above, but the insole moves inside the shoe when the shoe is worn, and the absorbent paper Materials using paper materials, such as paper materials, bend easily when covered with film materials, etc., and do not necessarily lie on the sole surface of the shoe even when walking, and in any case cannot be used stably. Walking is not easy due to slippage between the feet and the soles of the feet.

ある。 The present invention was devised after consideration in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and consists of layering an outer skin made of a film material on the front and back surfaces of a single-layer body impregnated with calcium chloride and drying, and connecting the outer skin to the sole of the foot. This insole for footwear is characterized by having a breathable surface, blending a fiber material, and forming a protruding part around the circumferential side of the outer skin, in which film materials are bonded to each other.

できる。 That is, to explain the specific embodiment of the present invention shown in the attached drawings, it is a single layer of blotting paper that is layered without using a size for a fine fiber material such as pulp, especially a paper material. The body 1 is impregnated with calcium chloride and then dried at a temperature of 300°C or higher, and the film layers 2 and 3 are layered as an outer skin on the front and back of such a single layer body 1. A fiber material 4 is added to the sole joint surface 2 of the outer film layers 2 and 3 to provide breathability, and an adhesive part 5 in which the film materials are bonded to each other is protruded around the circumferential side of the outer film layers 2 and 3. It was formed by That is, the single layer body 1
It is well known that ordinary paper uses a size to prevent the hygroscopic action of the paper from which it is made. This absorbent paper-like material can sufficiently absorb calcium chloride solution and the like, and the calcium chloride thus absorbed is dried. When covered with a lid and dried to absorb calcium chloride at a suitable temperature or higher, it becomes anhydrous salt, which has a strong hygroscopic effect and forms water of crystallization such as monohydrate, dihydrate, tetrahydrate, or hexahydrate. Absorbs moisture and does not create uncomfortable moisture saturation inside the footwear. Among the film outer skins 2 and 3 layered as described above, the surface that contacts the sole of the wearer's foot is made breathable as described above, but the surface 2 that contacts the inner surface of the shoe etc. is not breathable. It is preferable that the desiccant be made of a synthetic material, so that it can effectively absorb the moisture emitted from the soles of the feet, and the moisture absorption effect of the desiccant can act directly on the leather forming the soles of shoes, etc., and have an adverse effect. There is no. As mentioned above, for the surface 3 in contact with the sole of the foot, it is preferable to arrange a fiber material, particularly a relatively long fiber material 4, in the film, thereby preventing slippage between the surface 3 and the sole of the foot, and providing breathability. It is convenient for retention. Further, the film materials 2 and 3 are formed to be slightly larger than the single layer body 1, that is, the portions protruding from the circumferential side of the single layer body 1 surround the adhesive portion 5 where the film materials 2 and 3 are directly adhered to each other. Since the film materials 2 and 3 are directly bonded to the adhesive part 5, it has better strength than the single layer part 1, and this type of insole is When the adhesive part 5 is set in the shoe, it joins and locks to the circumferential side of the sole of the shoe to prevent the insole from moving and displacing in the shoe when walking. The single-layer body 1 as described above can also be impregnated with a hygroscopic coloring agent (for example, cobalt chloride, etc.) so that the saturated state of hygroscopicity can be displayed by color tone, and it can also contain a bactericidal component. be able to.

である。 It is clear that when the present invention is used as an insole inside footwear such as shoes, an effective moisture absorbing effect can be obtained, and the adhesive part 5 provides an effective moisture absorbing effect on the circumferential side of the sole of the shoe. It is connected and locked to the sole surface of the shoe, and is stably set on the sole surface of the shoe.
The fiber material 4 blended into the insole prevents slippage between the socks and the like, so that your feet will never get stuffy even after walking for several hours or more. The fiber material blended into the joint surface of the sole prevents the sole from slipping during walking, and as a result, the moisture absorption of calcium chloride in the single layer body 1 is prevented. It maintains its effect over a long period of time, allows stable and refreshing walking, and naturally does not cause discomfort or fatigue, and is a highly effective device in practical terms. be.
