Conventionally, when growing soybeans or the like in a field, seed beans such as soybeans were sown directly in the field and the seeds were grown. However, with this growing method, pigeons and other animals will eat up all the sprouts of soybeans, which are their favorite food, once sprouts emerge from the seed beans.
In areas where there are many pigeons, etc., it has not been possible to obtain a sufficient harvest using the above-mentioned cultivation method. By the way, when the buds of soybeans etc. have grown to a certain length,
There is a tendency for the damage caused by pigeons and the like mentioned above to be significantly reduced. Therefore, in recent years, paying attention to the above-mentioned trend, seed beans such as soybeans are not sown directly in the field, but are grown as pine seedlings in seedling boxes until they reach a predetermined size. Attempts have been made to plant seedlings in fields using a seedling planting machine. Conventionally, as a device for sowing seeds in the seedling bed of a seedling box for producing pine seedlings, a hollow suction chamber is provided inside and communicated with an appropriate suction means, and a plurality of hollow suction chambers connected to the suction chamber are provided on the lower surface of the outside. A seed suction disk is used, which has a seed suction port, and further has a depressurization release means for the suction chamber and a grip portion on the upper surface of the outside. With this device, the user usually holds the grip in his/her hand and carries the seed suction disk over a container in which seed beans such as soybeans are stored, and after adsorbing the seed beans to the seed suction port on the bottom surface, the seed suction disk Transfer the beans onto the seedling box with the bottom side facing down, operate the decompression release means to reduce the degree of vacuum in the suction chamber, and transfer the seed beans that had been adsorbed to the seed suction port onto the seedling bed of the seedling box. Previously, seed beans were adsorbed and sown by dropping them, but as mentioned above, the seed beans are adsorbed with the seed adsorption port facing downward, so the work itself is very difficult. This is difficult, as the seed suction port cannot be seen during the operation, making it impossible to ascertain the adsorption status of the seed beans to the seed suction port, so inexperienced workers may have to turn the seed suction disk over and over again until the seed beans are completely absorbed. It is necessary to adsorb the seed beans while checking the adsorption state of the seed beans. Also, even if a skilled worker is able to completely absorb the seed beans in one suction operation, it may be difficult to check if it is a worker's habit. Therefore, the seed suction disk has to be turned upside down to check the adsorption state, and the work of suctioning seed beans using the conventional seed suction disk, and furthermore, the sowing operation, had the drawback of extremely poor workability.

Therefore, in the present invention, the main body of the seeding device is configured so that the seed suction disc can be set with the seed suction ports provided on the lower surface of the seed suction disc facing upward, and the main body of the seeding device is configured such that the seed suction disc can be set with the seed suction ports provided on the lower surface of the seed suction disc facing upward. The suction disk and the seed alignment plate are configured so that they can be reliably positioned, and the seed suction operation can be performed while visually checking the suction state of the seeds to the seed suction port of the seed suction disk from above. It is an object of the present invention to provide a seeding device that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks by allowing seeding work to be performed efficiently.

Since this embodiment has the above configuration,
When performing seeding work, first a predetermined amount of seeds a are stored in the seed storage section 19 of the main body 7, and then the seed suction disk 1 is placed on the shelf section of the main body 7 with the seed suction opening 3 on the lower surface 1a facing upward. 13 and 15. At this time, since the main body 7 has a structure in which the upper and rear sides are widely open, the seed suction disk 1 can be set very easily, and by pressing it forward, it comes into contact with the partition plate 16 and is positioned. Next, the seed alignment plate 20 is attached to the seed suction plate 1.
When the seed alignment plate 20 is placed on top and its front end is brought into contact with the partition plate 16, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, further forward displacement of the seed alignment plate 20 is regulated, and A protrusion 21a′ at the rear of the seed alignment plate 20,
21a' is locked to the upper ends of the left and right side plates 9, 10, and connects the seed suction port 3 on the lower surface 1a of the seed suction board and the seed alignment plate 2.
The seed alignment port 23 of No. 0 is aligned. In such a state, after activating the suction means (not shown),
As shown by the broken line in FIG. 7, an appropriate amount of seeds a are transferred from the seed storage portion 19 to a portion 22a near the rising portion 21 of the seed alignment plate 20 and deposited thereon, and then the scraper 25 is moved to the protruding portion 22a of the seed alignment plate 20. 25a, 25a
is guided by the upper ends of the left and right side plates 9, 10, and moves so as to push out the piled seeds a group toward the seed storage section 19, as shown in FIG. Seeds a pass through the seed alignment port 23 of the seed alignment plate 20 and are firmly attracted to the opening of the elastic plate B in the seed suction port 3 of the seed suction board 1. In this state, the seeds a are attracted so that the upper part thereof is almost flush with the upper surface of the seed alignment plate 20, so even if an external force is applied due to the movement of the unadsorbed seeds a, the adsorption state will not be interfered with in any way. In addition, even if the seeds a fly off due to the movement of the scraper 25, the surroundings can be
0 and the front side plate 11, the seeds a do not scatter to the outside of the main body 7 and are effectively scraped into the seed storage section 19. After the scraper 25 has finished suctioning the seeds to the seed suction ports 3, visually check the seed alignment plate 20 to confirm the suction state of the seeds a, and if any unadsorbed seed suction ports 3 remain, try again. Repeat the same operation, or if the number of seeds is small, remove the unadsorbed seeds a by hand.
It can be adsorbed to. After the seeds a are completely absorbed into the seed suction port 3 as described above, when the horizontal portion 21a of the rising portion 21 at the rear of the seed alignment plate 20 is grasped and the seed alignment plate 20 is lifted, the seed alignment plate 20 Since its front end is in contact with the partition plate 16, the seed alignment plate 20 is lifted up so as to rotate around its front end, as shown in FIG. The seed suction disc 1
It can be removed from the After that, put your hand into the lower part of the suction disc storage part 17 from the rear of the main body 7, grasp the suction tube 5 which also serves as a grip part, and move the seed suction disc 1 to the main body 7.
Pull it out from above or from the rear, and then transfer the seed suction disc 1 with its lower surface 1a facing downward onto the soil floor of the seedling box A shown in chain lines in Figure 2, and remove the decompression release means. When the operating lever 6a of No. 6 is operated, the valve plate portion 6b is lifted from the valve port portion 6c, the reduced pressure state in the suction chamber 2 is released, and the seeds a, which had been adsorbed in the seed suction port 3, are placed on the bed soil. Sown in rows.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the partition plate 16, which is made of a box-shaped body and whose height is slightly lower than each of the side plates 9 and 10, is erected between the left and right side plates 9 and 10. 9 and 10 are respectively provided with shelf portions 13 and 15 so that the seed suction disks 1 can be placed with the seed suction ports 3 facing upward to constitute the main body 7 of the sowing device, and further, the partition plate When the seed suction board 1 is placed on the shelves 13 and 15 and the seed alignment plate 20 is superimposed on it, the height of the seed alignment plate 16 is the same as or slightly higher than the upper surface of the seed alignment plate 20. Since the seed suction board 1 and the seed alignment board 20 are positioned by the partition plate 16 so that the seed suction board 1 is lowered, the seed suction board 1 is placed in a state where the seed suction port 3 on the lower surface a of the seed suction board 1 is facing upward. The suction operation of the seeds a can be performed extremely easily while constantly checking the suction state of the seeds a to the seed suction port 3, and the seed suction disc 1 and the seed alignment plate 20 can be set and positioned on the main body 7. Separation becomes easy and quick, and the scattering of seeds a can be prevented during work, and seeds a can be removed even by unskilled workers.
This makes it possible to perform the suction work and the subsequent seeding work extremely easily, reliably, and quickly.
