BACKGROUND ART In a switchgear using an insulating gas such as a gas insulator or disconnector, an adsorbent must be placed inside in order to remove internal moisture and polluting gas components. 1 to 3 show conventional structures for this purpose.

Figure 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a tank-type gas breaker vessel (internal structure is omitted for simplicity) having breaker containers 1, 2, and 3 for each phase. Adsorbent containers 5 each containing an adsorbent 4 are installed inside the lid plates 1a, 2a, and 3a of the containers, allowing free circulation between the inside and outside by means such as a mesh structure. Note that the adsorbent container 5 may be attached to the lids 1b, 2b, and 3b of hand holes provided in each case and the disconnector container, as shown by broken lines in the figure. Further, FIG. 2 shows the case of an insulator type gas cylinder and disconnector, in which an adsorbent container 8 is attached to a cover plate 6a of an insulator tube 6, surrounding a fixed contactor 7.

However, with all of these structures, an adsorbent container filled with adsorbent is installed inside the equipment, and then the equipment container is sealed, evacuated, and gas filled. It takes a considerable amount of time to do so. Since the adsorbent is exposed to the atmosphere during this time, considerable performance degradation is inevitable. That is, in the three-phase common gas system structure shown in Figure 1, it takes about one hour for three phases to complete the installation and sealing of the adsorbent container on the lid plate of the equipment container or the lid of the hand hole. Although the independent gas type structure can be sealed relatively quickly as shown in FIG. 1, it still takes several tens of minutes for each phase.

In this way, conventional methods require a considerable amount of time to vacuum after filling the adsorbent container with the adsorbent, and the deterioration of the desiccant during this time cannot be avoided. The disadvantage is that it requires vacuuming and filling with insulating gas.

本考案はこれらの欠点を解消するもので、以下

FIG. 3 shows a schematic sectional view of an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a grounded tank shape and a disconnector, where 9 is a grounded tank, 10 and 11 are bushings, 12 is a fixed contact portion, 13 is an insulating cylinder, and 14 is a The mesh-structured adsorbent container 15 is a lid plate on the left side of the grounded tank 9.
That is, a fixed contact part 12 is fixed to the cover plate 15 via an insulating tube 13, and an adsorbent container 14 is attached to surround the fixed contact part 12. The movable contact portion 16 is attached to the right cover plate 18 via an insulating cylinder 17, and a crankcase 19 for driving the movable contact is provided outside the cover plate 18.

Next, FIG. 4a is a side view showing details of the left cover plate portion in FIG. 3, and similarly FIG. 4b is a sectional view. As is clear from FIGS. 4a and 4b, the adsorbent container 14 is attached to the left cover plate 15 surrounding the insulating cylinder 13 as described above, and an opening 20 is provided facing the adsorbent container 14. As shown in the figure, a blind stopper 21 is normally attached and sealed by means such as screwing into the tap groove of the opening. Note that FIG. 5 shows a front view of the adsorbent container 14.

When all installation is completed and the grounded tank 9 is sealed and evacuated, the blind plug 21 is removed and the granular adsorbent 4 is opened using a funnel 22 with a curved tip as shown in FIG. The adsorbent is fed through the opening 20 into the adsorbent container 14 located inside the adsorbent container 20 . In this case, the weight of the adsorbent 4 is measured in advance and a predetermined amount is filled. Next, attach the blind plug 21 and close the opening 2.
0 is sealed, the grounded tank 9 is evacuated, and insulating gas is filled. In this case, it is only necessary to attach the blind plug 21 in an extremely short time from filling the adsorbent container with the adsorbent until evacuating the container.

Further, FIG. 7 shows another embodiment, in which the equipment container 23
When the cover plate 24 is horizontally attached to the upper part of the cover plate 24, the adsorbent container 25 is attached inside the cover plate 24.
In this case as well, the adsorbent container 25 is attached to the cover plate 24 in advance.
At the same time, an opening 26 is provided, and the blind stopper 2 is always closed.
7, and when the equipment container 23 is to be evacuated, the blind stopper 27 is removed as shown in FIG. 26 to fill a predetermined amount. Note that the adsorbent can be inserted quickly if the adsorbent is inserted while vacuuming.

As described above, in the present invention, the adsorbent container is attached to the equipment container without being filled with adsorbent, and the adsorbent is filled when all operations are completed and the vacuum is drawn. Therefore, there is no risk of deterioration of the adsorbent as in the prior art, and there is no need to immediately evacuate the desiccant container after it is installed in the equipment container.

Furthermore, when replacing the desiccant, remove the old desiccant from the adsorbent container when the lid plate is removed during open inspection of the equipment, and then replace the new desiccant from the opening when the equipment container is sealed and vacuumed. By inserting the adsorbent and sealing it with a blind plug, the desiccant can be filled without fear of deterioration.
