ツプの原因となるとともに組立も煩雑でまた小型
化しにくい欠点があつた。また磁気ヘツド20は
書込時または読出時のみすなわち一方向に移動す
る時のみ磁気媒体11に押圧されればよいのにも
拘らず、戻つてくる時も、つまり磁気ヘツド20
の往復走行中常に押圧されることになつて摩耗に
よつて磁気ヘツド20がカード10の寿命が短縮
してしまうという問題や、磁気ヘツド20と押圧
ローラとのギヤツプを調整する面倒な作業が必要
という問題があつた。

向に回転するときその回転モーメントで前記磁気
ヘツドが磁気媒体に押圧され、この状態で前記移
動ブロツクが移動することによつて前記磁気ヘツ
ドが磁気媒体に押圧されながら一方向に移動する
ように構成されており、前記シヤフトが一方の方
向に回転し磁気ヘツドが一方向に移動するときの
み磁気ヘツドが磁気媒体に押圧され、シヤフトが
反対方向に回転し磁気ヘツドが反対方向に戻つて
くるときにはシヤフトの回転モーメントが反対方
向になつて磁気ヘツドが磁気媒体に押圧されるこ
とはないので、摩耗が半減し、長寿命化できる。
またガイド用のシヤフトが不要になるので構造が
簡単になるとともに組立も容易になり、小型化及
び低価格化が可能である。さらに磁気ヘツドと押
圧ローラとの面倒なギヤツプ調整も不要になり、
しかも磁気ヘツドは弾性体を介して移動ブロツク
に取付けられシヤフトの回転モーメントにより押
圧力が与えられるようになつているので磁気媒体
の変形に対しても押圧力が変化することなく確実
な書込及び読出を行なうことができる。
