トの重複或いは間引き処理を行なうことにより画
像の拡大・縮小を行う装置において、倍率に応じ
て前記画像を領域単位に分割する手段と、前記倍
率に応じて重複或いは間引き処理されるドツト位
置が前記領域単位内の各画素及び該画素を構成す
るドツトの閾値に対して略均等となるように蓄積
された操作ドツト位置蓄積部と、該操作ドツト位
置蓄積部の出力により指示されるドツトに対して
重複或いは間引き処理を行うドツト演算部とを設
