When receiving broadcast radio waves while moving in a car, ship, or aircraft, for example, when receiving broadcast waves while driving from point A to point B in Figure 1, the transmitted radio waves are transmitted at each moving point. The situation will change. When all broadcast stations 1 to 7 are transmitting the same program at the same time, a listener who departs from point A can receive the broadcast program by tuning to broadcast station 1, but as he approaches point C, The reception condition worsened, and as we continued further and reached point D,
At this point, it is already out of the service area of broadcasting station 1, and if it were tuned to the transmission frequency of broadcasting station 1, it would be impossible to receive it. Therefore, if the user wishes to continue receiving the same program, he or she must re-tune to broadcasting station 2 and confirm that the same program is being broadcast before changing the receiving station. Such operations are particularly troublesome when the listener is a driver, and there is a danger that the listener may become distracted.

In addition, in a case like point F in Figure 1, the service areas of broadcasting stations 5, 6, and 7 overlap, so the station with the strongest level changes every moment, and if there are obstacles nearby, multipath Causes distortion.

FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing an embodiment of the same program tracking system according to the present invention. In FIG. 2, a distributor 12 distributes radio waves received from an antenna 11 to receivers 13 and 14. Band pass filters 15 and 16 are connected to receivers 13 and 14.
Only frequency components suitable for comparison of the respective detection outputs S 1 and S 2 are passed. The subtraction circuit 17 is a band
The output of the band pass filter 16 is subtracted from the output of the pass filter 15 (S 1 −S 2 ) and is supplied to the amplifier 19, and the adder circuit 18 adds the outputs of the band pass filters 15 and 16. (S 1 + S 2 )
is supplied to the amplifier 20. The divider circuit 21 receives the (S 1 +S 2 ) component that has been double-wave rectified (peak detected) by the rectifier circuit 22 and the output signal (S 1 +S 2 ) of the subtracter circuit 17 .

The control circuit 26 controls the switching circuit 25 in response to the determination output circuit 24,
Either the detection output S 1 or S 2 of the receiver is outputted as an audio signal via the amplifier 28 . The memory 27 is for storing stations broadcasting the same program.

One of the receivers 13 or 14 is controlled by a control circuit 26 to always perform frequency scanning. For example, if receiver 13 is a fixed receiver tuned to a certain station, receiver 1
4 scans by sequentially switching frequencies so as to tune to stations other than the fixed frequency. Then, a comparison is made with the detection output of the receiver 13 for each tuned frequency.

The receiver 13 tunes to any station and outputs a detected signal.
When transmitting S 1 , if the receiver 14 tuned to any other station transmits the detection output S 2 , each output signal
S 1 and S 2 are band pass filters 15 and 1
6, the subtraction circuit 17 and the addition circuit 1
8. The output of the subtraction circuit 17 changes depending on whether the programs being received by the receivers 13 and 14 are the same. In other words, when two receivers are receiving the same program, each detection output will be similar,
The level decreases significantly, but if a different program is being received, the level does not decrease, or even if it does, it only occurs for a very short time and its occurrence is thought to be random. Therefore, depending on the output level of the subtraction circuit 17, it can be determined whether the programs being received by the two receivers are the same.

However, the accuracy of this determination may be affected by the degree of modulation of the received radio waves. For example, if the detection outputs at a certain point in time are S1 =100 and S2 =90, the output of the subtraction circuit 17 will be S1 - S2 =100-90=10. The modulation degree of the received radio wave changes at the next moment (the amplitude of the signal changes), and the detection output becomes, for example, S′ 1 = 10,
When S′ 2 =9, the output of the subtraction circuit 17 is S′ 1 −S′ 2
=10-9=1, making it difficult to determine identity. According to the invention, by dividing the output of the subtraction circuit by the output of the addition circuit, according to the example, S 1 −S 2 /S 1 +S 2 =1/190=1/19=S′ 1 −S′ 2 /S
1 +S′ 2 , and the influence of the modulation degree of the received radio waves can be removed. In the embodiment shown in FIG.
The output of 8 is subjected to double-wave rectification (peak detection) by the rectifier circuit 22 to control the division in a DC manner, thereby preventing the judgment from being influenced by the degree of modulation. After this division is performed, the judgment output circuit 24
sends a logic 1 or 0 signal to the control circuit 26 to determine whether the programs being received by the two receivers are the same.

If the output of the determination output circuit 24 is a signal indicating that the program is the same, the control circuit 26 controls the receiver 13 that is receiving the station with the higher reception level.
Alternatively, the detection outputs of 14 are switched by the switching circuit 25 and supplied to the output terminal 29. At this time, memory 2
7 stores stations transmitting the same program as a result of frequency scanning, and control is performed so that the station with the strongest level among them is finally selected.

If the output of the determination output circuit 24 is a signal indicating a different program, the control circuit 26 changes the tuned frequency of the receiver 14 to that of the next station, and repeats the above operation.

As described above, according to the same program tracking system of the present invention, it is possible to receive the same program while automatically maintaining it in the best condition while moving in a car or the like through the service areas of multiple stations transmitting the same program. I can do it. This makes it possible to eliminate the conventional trouble of having to make adjustments every time the device is moved. In addition, without using the distributor illustrated in Fig. 2, two antennas can be placed a certain distance apart.
By providing this, it is also possible to further reduce the multipath distortion described above.
