Claims (1)
録材を水平方向に変向させる手段および変向され
た前記記録材をその状態でトレイに排出する手段
とを具え、前記垂直搬送手段に沿つて上下に移動
自在な記録材排出ユニツトと、当該記録材排出ユ
ニツトの移動方向に配列された複数のトレイとを
有する丁合装置において、 前記記録材排出ユニツトと前記複数のトレイと
の間の空間の上下方向に配設された発光部および
受光部と、前記記録材排出ユニツトの排出手段に
関連した位置に設けられ、倒立自在であり、前記
排出手段から排出されてくる前記記録材によつて
傾倒されたときにのみ前記発光部から前記受光部
への光のしや光が可能なしや光部材とを有し、前
記発光部および受光部と前記しや光部材との組合
せにより前記記録材が前記排出ユニツトから前記
トレイに排出されるのを検知するようにしたこと
