Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は棒状の伸縮形アンテナを、例えば自
動車のフエンダー等に固定するためのナツトに係
り、特にナツト本体の頂部に防水キヤツプを装着

自動車等に装備されるアンテナは、一般に棒状

から雨水等が浸入し種々の弊害を招く難点を有し
ている。この点の解決策の一つに、アンテナ固定
用ナツトの頂部に防水キヤツプを装着し、雨水等
がアンテナ素子外周面をつたわつて収納筒内に浸
入するのを防止するようにした防水ナツトが考え
られている。しかるに従来の防水ナツトは、防水
キヤツプの基端外周に設けたフランジ部を、ナツ
ト本体の頂部のカシメ加工により係止する構造で
あつた為、ナツト本体表面に被覆されているCr
メツキ等が剥離したりひび割れが生じたりする不
具合がある上、完成品の寸度上のバラツキが大き
くアンテナ素子の挿脱操作に支障をきたす等の問

であり、車体内に設置された収納筒2の中へ挿脱
自在に収納されるものとなつている。3は上記収
納筒2の頂部近傍に取付けられた下部取付素子で
あり、車体壁4の裏面へ当接して接地回路を形成
するものとなつている。5は上部取付素子であ
り、これは車体壁4の取付孔を通して車体外方へ
突出した収納筒2の一部へ嵌め込まれ、その一端
を車体壁4の表面へ当接するものとなつている。
6は固定用ナツトであり、これは上部取付素子5
の嵌合孔を通して外方へ突出した収納筒2の一部
(通常は収納筒内に嵌挿されアンテナ素子1との
電気的導通をはかる導電管)へ螺合され、アンテ
ナ全体を取付ベースとしての車体壁4へ固定する

フランジ部11が形成されており、内周面の底部
側開口端からほぼ中央部位までネジ部12が螺設
されている。ナツト本体10の頂部側開口端には
第3図に明示されているように、漏斗状をなすガ
イド部13が設けてある。このガイド部13より
奥方向へ若干ずれた位置には内周面周方向へ環状
の係止用凹部14が形成されている。防水キヤツ
プ20は例えば軟質合成樹脂などの防水性に富ん
だ柔軟性部材にてほぼ筒状に形成されている。こ
のキヤツプ20の肉厚寸法を小さくした一端外周
には第3図に明示されているように環状の係止用
突起21が設けられており、ナツト本体10の係
止用凹部14内へ陥入係合している。防水キヤツ
プ20の他端内周縁には軸心方向へ漸次肉厚寸法
が小さくなるように突出した舌片部22が設けて
ある。この舌片部22はアンテナ素子1の最大径
管1cの外周面に対し液密に摺接するものとなつ
ている。なお上記舌片部22のみが素子外周面に
摺接するように、防水キヤツプ20の内周面には
前記係止用突起21を設けている一端側へいくに
従つて漸次内径が大きくなるようにテーパ面23

部材にて形成されているうえ、突起21が設けら
れている一端側の周壁の肉厚寸法が小さいため、
比較的容易に上記係合状態となる。この係合状態
において、キヤツプ20の肉厚の大きな他端近傍
における膨出した外周面はナツト本体10の漏斗
状ガイド部13内に丁度収容されたものとなり、
ナツト本体10の外方へは舌片部22を含む僅か

素子1の挿脱操作をスムーズに行なえると共に、
アンテナ素子外周面をつたわつて収納筒2の中へ
浸入しようとする雨水等は防水キヤツプ20の舌
片部22によつて確実に阻止される。なおナツト
本体10の頂部から外方へ露出しているキヤツプ
上端は極く僅かであるから、外観上好ましい。し
かも機械的強度の点でも大部分がナツト本体10
によつて保護された形になつているため、簡単に
