をとりながら局毎に行う分散制御方式とがあつ
た。図中1,2,3はA〜N局地上交換機、4,
5,6はA〜N局DAMA装置、7は衛星、10
は制御回線、11は通話回線を示す。しかしなが
らいずれの方式にせよ衛星回線の管理と地上回線
の管理とを一括して行つていたためにシステム変
更の融通性に欠けるところがあつた。すなわち、
例えばA局の地上回線数を変更する場合には集中
制御方式では一般にA局とは別の場所にある親局
制御装置の局別地上回線管理テーブル変更が必要
であり、また分散制御方式ではA局を含め
DAMA装置の局別地上回線管理テーブル変更が
必要となる上旧テーブルから新テーブルへの切換
を一斉に行う等の操作が必要であつた。

信を続ける一方、親局制御装置15に対して相手
局への接続要求を制御回線10を通じて行う。親
局制御装置15では衛星回線およびB局の地上回
線概要管理テーブル12を参照し、空があればA
局DAMA装置4には衛星回線指定および接続許
可を、B局DAMA装置5に対しては衛星回線指
定および接続要求を制御回線10を通じて行う。
