【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はVTR等の電子機器の操作釦装置の改
良に関し、操作釦の安定した操作動作を得ようと
するものである。 VTRを例にとるならば、第1図の部分斜視図
に示される如く、再生、録画、早送り等の各動作
モードに対応する操作釦2と、いずれの動作が行
なわれているかを表示する表示手段が通常フロン
トパネル1に取付けられている。従来における操
作釦装置の構造を第2図のイ要部断面図、ロ裏面
図により説明する。個々の操作釦2は弾性部2a
を介して連結部2bにつながり、操作釦連結体
を形成している。アクリル板3はフロントパネル
1の透孔と嵌合する突起3aを備えていて、この
突起より発光ダイオード4の光が外部に導出さ
れ、表示手段が構成される。フロントパネル1に
はリブ1aが設けられており、操作釦連結体
連結部2bの透孔と嵌合の後、リブ1aが融着さ
れて操作釦連結体とフロントパネル1が連結さ
れる。操作釦2は図の如くその一部分がフロント
パネル1の透孔1bより突出しており、指で押圧

が容易で、耐久性の優れた操作釦装置を提供しよ
うとするものである。以下本考案の実施例につき
第3図のイ要部断面図、ロ裏面図、操作時の要部
断面図である第4図及び取付状態を示す部分斜視
図である第5図を参照して説明する。従来例と同
一物には同一図番を付し、説明を省略する。図番
7は本考案で用いられる補強板であり、透孔を有
し操作釦連結体の連結部2bと重なる取付補強
部7cとこの取付補強部7cより櫛歯状に突出す
る枠体7bよりなる。枠体7bの底面にはフロン
トパネルの透孔を貫通し、発光ダイオード4の光
を導出する板状の突起7aが設けられている。底
面は取付時には、フロントパネルと接するように
なつている。枠体7bの設けられる位置は連結部
2bの透孔と取付補強部7cの透孔の位置を重ね
た状態で(実際の取付状態と同じ)、発光ダイオ
ードの光を防げない為の弾性部2a′の切欠き部分
に枠体7bが嵌合するよう定められている。(第
3図、第4図参照)。 操作釦連結体は、操作釦2を弾性部2a′によ
つて連結部2bへ接続した形となつており、従来
のものとは弾性部2a′の形状が異なつている。弾
性部の形状は表示手段が操作釦の真上すぐ近くに
(第1図の如く)設けられているために、上述の
ように発光ダイオード4の光を通すように切欠き
を有するものでなければならない。ただ、光導出
手段として従来例のような横長のアクリル板が用
いられなくなつたので、従来のようなアーチ状の
弾性部2aの代りにまつすぐな肉薄の弾性部2
a′となつている。枠体7bは弾性部2a′の切欠き
に嵌合するようになつているので、操作釦2の回
動には支障はない。枠体7bには発光ダイオード
4が少し進入し光モレを少なくしており照明効果
が高められている。取付け時には、操作釦連結体
2の補強板7の透孔を重ね合せた上で(補強板の
方が上になる)透孔をフロントパネル1のリブに
嵌合させ、リブを融着させる。すなわち第3図の
如く枠体7bの底面と連結部2bがフロントパネ
ル1に当接する。従つて操作釦連結体と補強板
7(すなわち光導出手段でもある)が同時に固定

スペースが必要であり、寸法上の制約からで、四
方を囲んだ方が望ましいことは言うまでもない。
補強板7の突起7aはフロントパネル1に貫通し
ており、操作釦2が押圧されて第4図の如く回動
した時にも、リブ1aの融着部へかかる力が突起
7aと取付補強部7cにより軽減されるので融着
部の耐久性が向上する。また以前は別々に取付け
ていた操作釦連結体と光導出手段が同時に取付け
可能となり、工程数が削減されるし、弾性部2
a′の形状が簡単になり成形時のコストも低減でき
