CONSTITUTION: When a switch 7 is pressed down in the call station, a CPU4 control a switching part 3, switches the connection of a telephone line from a telephone set circuit part 1 to a control circuit part 2, modulates a procedure interruption-procedure completion signal by a modem 5 and transmits to the telephone line through the switching part 3. A remote facsimile equipment transmits a procedure interruption positive (PIP) signal to shift to the telephone call procedure and generate a buzzer sound and perform a visible display. The call station receives the PIP signal, and the CPU 4 recognizes and rings a speaker 6. When the switch 7 is pressed down again, the telephone line is switched to the telephone set circuit part 1. Thereby the speech can be attained between the operators of the call station and the called station.
