るダクトの他側壁に受光源を備え、先端に小孔を
有し且つ末端部にN2ガス等のガス注入口を有す
る筒体を、その先端の小孔と受光源との間の距離
を変化できるようにダクトに支持させ、且つ上記
筒体の末端側を発光源に接続させたことを特徴と
する非接触ガス濃度分布計測装置。 A cylindrical body is equipped with a light emitting source on one side wall of the duct and a light receiving source on the opposite side wall of the duct, and has a small hole at the tip and a gas inlet for N2 gas etc. at the end.
