て、前記本体の前記円筒型掘削具の上方に位置す
る個所に、円形または多角形をなす防音板を取付
け、該防音板の外周部より、前記掘削具を覆う伸
縮式の筒形をなす防音カバーを垂下し、前記防音
板には、前記天板部の開口部に重ねることが可能
な１個以上の開口部を設け、該開口部に該開口部
を開放、閉塞自在な合成樹脂製透明板を取付けた
