【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は反転可能な回転窓、殊に障子開放維
持具を備えた回転窓の清掃用安全具に関するもの
である。

業者の加える力によつて窓が揺動するため非常に
清掃しずらく、殊に回転軸3よりも上部を清掃す
る際は屡窓に凭れ掛かることになるので、第2図
に示すように、その勢みで実線で示した障子2の
位置から想像線で示した2′,2″へと復転すると
ともに足をすくわれてそのまゝ外へ墜落して大き
な慘事につながることがあつた。この為一人で作
業するために従来は安全ベルトを室内側のいずれ
かの箇所に固定し作業の安全を計つていたが、そ
の固定作業が煩雑で、かつ確実性が乏しい等のた
めその改善が望まれていた。
