シヤンク部に、スピンドルに挿入する外径中心と
内径中心が一致しない偏心スリーブを嵌挿し、上

出を防止すると共に、上記突出部と上記シヤンク
部、または上記抜出防止部材との間に、上記偏心
スリーブの回動動作に一定の摩擦力を与えるスプ
