Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of loss paper by the automatic insertion of a plate taking- out plate by setting a plate loading base into the horizontal attitude by the detection signal of the paper loading quantity and catching the top edge of the plate taking-out plate and inserting said top edge into a guide rail and returning the paper loading base to the vertical attitude by the detection signal for the insertion edge limit. CONSTITUTION:When the piled paper quantity reaches a prescribed quantity, a paper loading base 5 is slightly lowered by opening and closing a solenoid valve, and a guide rail 6 is closed, and a plate loading base 18 is turned to the horizontal attitude, and a limit switch 22 is operated to open and close the solenoid valve, and an air cylinder 20 is brought into stop, and a motor 15 is revolved by the signal of a timing detecting device. Then, the lower part rollers 24 are revolved by the revolution of the motor 15, and a plate taking-out plate 8A is sent into the guide rail 6, and the plate 8A is collided with a shock absorber 30 at a high speed, and shock is lightened. After the stop, the return is regulated by a stopper 31, and when the plate 8A is brought into stop, the contact point of a switch 28 is closed to stop the motor 15, and the plate loading base 18 is restored to the vertical attitude by the operation of the cylinder 20. Thus, the quantity of generating loss paper can be reduced by the automatic insertion of the plate taking-out plate.

Then, the paper 7 that has been conveyed while being held in the claw 4 by the running of the paper delivery chain 2 is released from the grip and is dropped and stacked onto the paper stacking table 5, and the paper stacking table 5 is automatically lowered as the paper is loaded. do. When a predetermined number of sheets of paper 7 have been loaded, the paper stacking table 5 is lowered slightly, and the boarding υ guide 6, which was located at the chain line position during printing, is moved to the solid line position, and a separately prepared boarding board 8 is used for boarding. When the paper 7 is inserted along the groove of the guide 6, the falling paper 7 is stacked on the board 8, so place the crossbar 9'Jt on the board 8 loaded with the paper that was lowered earlier, and move the paper 7 onto the board 8. 5, the tentative receiver is raised until the horizontal bar 9 comes into contact with the boarding board 8 inside, and then the boarding guide 6 is opened to the chain line position and printing work is resumed. By performing such slope removal work, no great pressure is applied to the underlying paper, thereby preventing set-off.

However, in such a conventional board cutting device, there was a problem in inserting the board board 8 into the guide rail 6. In other words, it is extremely difficult to quickly insert the cutting board between the sheets of paper 7 that are released from the grip of the claws 4 and are falling one after another at high speed, and the paper 7 is often caught by the boarding board 8, resulting in paper waste. However, in extreme cases, K had to completely stop the machine. Also, when printing on thick paper, increasing the printing speed to a total of 13,000 times/hour increases the number of board cuts, which cannot be done while doing other work, so it is necessary to have a worker who specializes in board cutting, or to increase the printing speed. Since it has to be dropped at a rate of 500 to 9000 times/hour, there is a problem in that labor saving and speeding up are hindered.

It meshes with the gear 1T on the support shaft 14. 18 is a pair of left and right vertical members 18a and horizontal members 18b made of 5-shaped steel.
It is a board mounting stand formed into a frame in the shape of a letter.Boss 18c at the upper left and right ends.F: It is rotatably fitted to the support shaft 14 to restrict movement in the axial direction. This board mounting stand is 9°. 1 for 18
A cutting board 8A prepared for the next cutting is held. An air cylinder 20 connected to an air source (not shown) via a solenoid valve is pivotally supported and suspended from a support plate 19 located above the bracket 13 and protruding from the left and right side frames 1. The working end of the piston rod 21 is pivotally connected to a metal fitting 18d at the upper end of the plate holder 18. Then, the electromagnetic valve detects that the amount of paper stacked on the previous board 8 has reached a predetermined amount, and in response to a signal issued, it switches to the shear cylinder 20 side, moves the piston rod 21 backward, and moves the board mounting base 18. It is configured to be rotated from the substantially vertical position shown in the figure to a horizontal position. To stop the board mounting base 18 in the horizontal position, the board mounting board 8A is stopped by the limit switch 2.

Third operation of the cutting board insertion device configured as above.
This will be explained using all the figures. The next boarding board 8A" (is held and prepared on the board mounting table 18 in a vertical position, and when the paper stack reaches a predetermined amount by continuing to eject the paper, the paper stacking amount is detected and boarding starts. The solenoid valve that outputs the signal opens and closes, the paper stacking table 5 is slightly lowered, the guide rail 6 is closed, and the air cylinder is activated to rotate the board mounting table 18 to a horizontal position. By the way, the limit switch 22 is activated, the solenoid valve is opened and closed, the air cylinder 2o is stopped, and a signal ((Yoshimotor 15 rotates. When the top roller 8A pushes up the upper roller 25 against the elastic force of the compression coil spring 27, it is firmly clamped by the upper and lower rollers 25 and 24, so when the motor 15 rotates, the gear 16, 17-i, the lower roller 24 rotates and feeds the plate 8A'' (to the guide rail 6).The inserted plate 8A travels at high speed and still contacts the shock absorber 30, reducing the impact. When the plate 8A stops, the contact of the limit switch 29 closes and issues a signal to stop the motor 15, and the air cylinder 2
0 is activated, the board platform 18 returns to the vertical position. While the cutting board 8A is being inserted, the paper 7 continues to fall, and this paper is temporarily stacked onto the cutting board 8A. On the other hand, at the same time as the sheet removal work starts, a buzzer or the like is activated to alert the operator to the paper discharge position and wait. Then, when the temporary stacking on the temporary pick-up 8A is started, horizontal bars are placed at both ends of the descending paper-loaded board 8 until the loaded paper 8 comes into contact with the board-board 8A. After raising the paper stacking table 5, the guide rail 6 is opened and the lifting and lowering of the paper stacking table 5 is switched from manual to automatic mode, thereby completing the board removal work.

In addition, in this embodiment, upper and lower levers 25 and 24 that are driven and rotated by a motor 15 are used as insertion drive devices for temporary board removal.
However, the invention is not limited to this example, and pushing may be performed using a chain drive or a rodless air cylinder, for example.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, in a board inserting device for a sheet-fed printing press, the board before insertion is held, and the board is adjusted between a substantially vertical position and a horizontal position based on a detection signal of the paper stack amount. The plate mounting base is pivoted to the front end of the guide rail, which is rotated between the plates, and is actuated by the vertical posture detection signal of this plate mounting base to capture the tip of the board and insert it into the guide rail. By installing an insertion drive device and a detection means that detects the insertion end of the board and issues a signal to return the board to the vertical position, the operator only needs to prepare the next temporary board, and the operator can complete the board removal process. Since the board is automatically and quickly inserted, the amount of paper waste is reduced, labor and mental fatigue are reduced, labor is saved, and no operator skill is required. In addition, there is no need to reduce printing speed, productivity is improved, and production volume is stabilized.
