押出部材の内面との間で屈曲させた状態で挟持す
るストツパーの機能を果たし、使用時はチユーブ
容器の底部を引つ張ることによりレバーを逆方向
に回動させてストツパー機能を解除し両口でチユ
ーブ容器を挟圧しつつ引き出して内容物を取出す
ことができるという格別の作用効果を奏する。
