FIGS. 1 to 6 show an example of a conventional compression packing operation. First, as shown in FIG. 1, fibers 2 to be compressed and packed are packed into a box 1 that is open at the top and bottom. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper compression plate 4 attached to the upper cylinder 5 has the packaging material 3 attached to its lower surface, and the lower compression plate 7 attached to the lower cylinder 8 has the packaging material 3 attached to the lower surface thereof. A packaging material 6 is attached to the top surface, and the fibers 2 in the box 1 are sandwiched between them. The upper cylinder 5 then descends to compress the fibers 2, as shown in FIG. Upper cylinder 5
When the force exceeds the holding force of the lower cylinder 8, the lower compression plate starts to descend and slips out under the box 1 while keeping the fibers 2 compressed, resulting in the state shown in Figure 4, and the predetermined compression is achieved. Once completed, it is wrapped using the upper and lower packaging materials 3 and 6. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of bands 9 are hung using the band hanging grooves 10. After the band is applied, the upper compression plate 4 rises as shown in FIG. 6, and the compressed fibers swell up and down in an attempt to restore the original size due to its repulsive force, but the size does not balance the tension of the band 9. It becomes stable and becomes a package 11 as shown in FIG.

However, the conventional package 11 does not have the ideal packaging condition as shown in FIG. 8, and as shown in FIG. It has drawbacks such as protrusion, poor appearance, and reduced commercial value, and conventionally, it has been necessary to deal with this problem by manual sewing or taping.

As a device to deal with this, for example,
In the method described in Publication No. 143683, a projecting body that can protrude outward is inserted into the side opening end (the surface on which the band is applied) of the package, and the opening end is pulled outward to tighten the end surface. Although the band is tensioned to prevent sagging on the end face where the band is not applied, sagging occurs on the side face where the band is applied, and there is also a drawback that the package cannot be used unless it is in the shape of a bag.

That is, since a sheet-like package is folded into a prismatic shape, such a method of pulling outward will cause the folded portion to come off, making it impossible to wrap the package. This bag-like packaging is difficult to feed automatically compared to sheet-like packaging;
Conventionally, supplying was done manually and the work was complicated.

This invention was proposed in view of the above points,
The purpose is to eliminate the slack in part a shown in Figure 7 without manual intervention, to achieve the ideal packaging condition as shown in Figure 8, and to create sheet-like packaging that can be automatically fed. This packaging material pulling device for compression packaging machines can improve work efficiency by being applicable to bodies, meeting the needs for labor saving and complete automation in the packaging process, which have been rapidly increasing in the textile industry in recent years. Our goal is to provide the following.
