High free carbonate concentrations in wastewater (above 20 ppm) can, for example, degrade concrete structures, mortar-lined pipes, asbestos-cement pipes, or add zinc to galvanized steel pipes and copper to copper pipes. It causes various problems to facilities, piping, etc., such as causing red water due to leaching or leaching of iron.

The dimensions of the droplet holes in this shelf-type decarboxylation device are as follows:
Due to its purpose, it is limited to 3 to 10 mmφ, and it is used to remove debris in the water.
Clogging due to foreign matter such as sand is unavoidable, but in conventional devices, cleaning work for clogging is difficult, and it is also difficult to completely remove the clogged foreign matter.

If the square hole above becomes clogged, the slide plate
New holes can be created by moving a 2 , and countermeasures against clogging are easy. Therefore, the problem can be dealt with by moving the slide plate until the slit is almost completely clogged, and there is no need for frequent cleaning as in the conventional method.
If the slit is almost completely clogged, it is necessary to remove the clogged foreign matter, but this can be done separately for each shelf board and slide board. Since this is much easier than removing clogging from small holes, the removal process is also simple.
