圧着されることによりブレーキ力を発生する制動
手段が回転軸とケーシングとの間に具備され、こ
の制動手段には上記摩擦板と摩擦相手板とを圧着
させるブレーキピストンが配置され、このブレー
キピストンは圧縮ばねにより上記制動手段に押付
けられているとともに、流体圧により制動手段か
ら後退するように構成されているブレーキ装置に
おいて、上記ブレーキピストンを前進・後退させ
る操作ハンドルが設けられ、その操作ハンドルは
ケーシングに設けた固定支軸によりその軸回りに
回転可能に取付けられ、操作ハンドルとブレーキ
ピストンとがリンク部材で互いに回転可能に連結
され、ブレーキピストンとリンク部材との連結部
は、ブレーキピストンに設けられた長孔とその長
孔の長径方向に移動可能な可動支軸とで構成され
、上記長孔はブレーキピストンの軸線に対し直角
方向に設けられ、その長径がブレーキピストンの
軸方向に位置し、かつブレーキピストンの移動長
さと同じか大きい長さを有しているとともに、上
記固定支軸は可動支軸からブレーキピストンの軸
方向に後方位置であつて可動支軸と互いに平行に
