軸受体２２は円筒部２８と該円筒部の内周面上端
に形成された鍔部２９と該円筒部の外周面上端に
一体に形成された平面部３０と該平面部の周縁に
一体に形成された環状垂下部３１と該垂下部の下
端に形成された係合フツク部３２とを備え、該軸
受体２２は円筒部下面を前記ケースの鍔部上面に
摺接嵌合させ、環状垂下部３１の係合フツク部３
２を前記ケース２１の係合部２７に弾性装着させ
て相対回転可能に組合わされているとともに該弾
性装着部に密封部が形成されていることを特徴と
