れ難い。 A container for storing liquids such as medicinal solutions, alcohol, soybean oil, vinegar, youth, etc. A cylindrical resection portion with a flat cross section is fixed to a flat wrapping bag made of synthetic resin, and this resection portion is cut. The liquid is injected and filled into the bag via a syringe such as a nozzle inserted into the opening at the upper end of the injection tube. However, when constructing a single wrapping bag by welding sheet-like materials made of synthetic resin,
When the injection tube is not fully welded to the packaging bag, the injection tube, which should have been welded to the adhesive part, may unexpectedly slip or detach from the adhesive part due to its flat cylindrical cross section, causing the liquid to leak out. There is a risk that it will be impossible to inject and fill the inside of the packaging bag. However, fixing devices such as setscrews and rivets cannot be used as means for fixing the injection tube to the adhesive part, and sheet-like materials cannot be used. Even if it were possible to use methods such as inserting an insertion piece, since the wrapping bag is a sheet-like material, it is necessary to separately prepare equipment to fix the insertion point in advance. However, as a result, it is difficult to avoid drawbacks such as a rise in the manufacturing price of the packaging and the complexity of the work.

A pair of sheets made of a highly flexible material is folded in two into a front plate 1 and a back plate 2, and the end portions t, for example, the right end and the lower end portion f, or the lower end of the bag which is originally formed into a cylindrical shape. F is welded to form one flat rectangular bag V, and on the central axis y-y of this bag V, a reduced diameter part r is formed in the middle of the injection tube 3 through which liquid is injected or discharged. Provide injection tube 3
It is possible to prevent slipping or detachment from the wrapping bag V in an unexpected manner. The front plate 1 and the back plate 2, including the upper part of the reduced diameter part r and the lower part d of the lever, are integrally welded to form the adhesive part 4, and the parts other than the adhesive part 4 and the lower end part f are A hollow space is provided, and at least one through hole h, i is formed on each side of the injection tube 3, and each of these through holes h, i is connected to an elongated support such as a rod, a wire, or a rope. 5, 5, so that the packaging bag V itself can be transported in a stable upright state midway from the bag making process to the liquid filling machine (not shown). A cut-out portion C made of a thin film body that is easy to cut is provided at a suitable location above, and when injecting liquid into the capsule V, an opening for the injection tube 3 can be formed by cutting the cut-out portion C.

液体を包袋V内に密封可能となる。 In this invention, chemical liquid, alcohol, soybean oil, vinegar,
When injecting a liquid such as juice into the envelope V, the cut portion C of the injection tube 3 in a sealed state is cut off with a cutter (not shown), and then a syringe (not shown) such as a nozzle of a liquid filling machine is used. , after inserting and tightly fitting into the opening of the injection tube 3, injecting and filling the liquid into the envelope V through the syringe, and then welding and sealing the opening with a high frequency welding machine or a heater. The liquid can be sealed inside the envelope V.

ある等の利点を有するものである。 Therefore, the reduced diameter part r formed at the appropriate location in the adhesive part 4 of the injection tube 3 is firmly clamped and locked between the adhesive part 4 above the front plate 1 and the back plate 2.
When injecting liquid into the packaging bag V, the injection tube 3 will not accidentally trip or come off within the adhesive part 4, and therefore the liquid can be injected into the packaging bag V reliably, quickly, and safely. This has the advantage that it can be easily carried out and can be attached to the adhesive part 4 of the injection tube 3 without any complication.
