源供給路に配設され、且つ前記計時回路からの制
御信号にて制御される第１のスイツチング回路と

とを検出する検出回路と、この検出回路の検出信
号に基づき前記二次電池への充電電流を制御する
第２のスイツチング回路と、同じく前記検出回路
の検出信号に基づき前記計時回路の計時動作時間
を制御する第３のスイツチング回路とを設けたこ
