Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、刈取装置の前方に茎稈引起し装置を
設け、結節機構と結束茎稈束を強制放出するため
の一次放出機構を備えるとともに、結束空間が刈
取装置の刈巾方向中央部において前後方向に開口
する結束装置を、前記刈取装置の直後部に設け、
前記強制放出された結束茎稈束を収集する収集部
を前記結束空間に連ねて機体の横側部に設け、こ
の収集部に設定量の茎稈束群が収集されたときに
作動する二次放出機構を設けている刈取結束機に
関する。そして、その目的は、刈取装置の取付け
に何等の支障を及ぼすことなしに引起し装置に伝
動するための構成を有効に利用して、すなわち、
結束ケース上部から前方に突出する状態で連設さ
れる伝動ケースを有効に利用して、前記結節機構
と前記一次及び二次の放出機構を構造簡単にして
頑丈に支持することができるようにせんとする点
にある。
先ず、本考案の実施例を1条刈り型式のバイン
ダーについて説明する。
第1図で示すように、左右一対の走行車輪1,
1及び歩行用操縦ハンドル2を備えた走行機体A
の前方に、植立茎稈を後方上方に引起す装置3と
引起された植立茎稈の株元部を切断するバリカン
型刈取装置4とを配置し、前記刈取装置4の直後
方に、刈取茎稈をほぼ立姿勢のまま株元寄り箇所
において定量毎、結束して放出する結束装置5
を、その結束空間6が前記刈取装置4の刈巾方向
中央部又はほぼ中央部において前後方向に開口す
る状態で設けるとともに、前記引起し装置3の終
端部下方には、刈取茎稈を前記結束空間6内に掻
込む回転体7を配設している。また、前記結束装
置5の、結束空間6からの茎稈放出口側に、結束
装置5と走行車輪1,1との間を通して横一側方
に開口する放出口8aを有し、かつ、その放出方
向に対して直交又はほぼ直交する方向に広巾なス
ペースに茎稈載置デツキ8Aを設けて、複数の茎
稈束をほぼ立姿勢で前後及び左右方向に列状に収
集保持可能な収集部8を構成している。
前記結束装置5は次の如く構成されている。
第2図で示すように、前記結束空間6の横一側
部に、刈取茎稈を結束空間6内に掻込むパツカー
9、結束紐供給用ニードル10ならびに、前記結
束空間6内に設定量の刈取茎稈が集束されたこと
を感知するドア11を設けるとともに、他側部に
は、前記ニードル10から供給された結束紐を結
節する機構12、この結節機構12に同調連動し
て前記結束空間6内の結束済みの茎稈束を前記収
集部8内に強制放出する一次放出機構13ならび
に、前記収集部8内に収集された複数の茎稈束群
を横外側方に強制放出する二次放出機構14を設
け、かつ、前記一次放出機構13と二次放出機構
14との間の伝動機構中には、前記収集部8内に
設定量の茎稈束群が収集されたときにおける二次
放出機構14の放出アーム15の一定以上の揺動
変位に基づいて自動的に入り作動されるクラツチ
機構16を介装している。
前記結束装置5の伝動構造は、第3図乃至第5
図で示すように、前記走行機本体Aの原動部17
から走行車輪1,1間の中央部を通して前方に出
力軸18を延出し、この出力軸18にギヤ連動す
る駆動軸19と前記パツカー9のクランク軸20
にギヤ連動する第1入力軸21ならびに、前記引
起し装置3及び掻込み回転体7に対する伝動機構
22の第2入力軸23とを第1伝動チエーン24
を介して連動するとともに、前記第2入力軸23
に、前記刈取装置4を往復駆動させるためのピツ
トマンアーム25を取付け、以つて、前記引起し
装置3、刈取装置4、掻込み回転体7、パツカー
9を常時駆動すべく構成している。
また、前記第1入力軸21とこれに同芯状態で
設けた前記ニードル10のクランク軸26との間
に、前記結束空間6内に設定量の刈取茎稈が集束
されたときにおける前記感知ドアー11の一定以
上の弾性変位に基づいて、前記ニードルクランク
軸26を第1入力軸21に連動して一回転させる
クラツチ27を介装するとともに、前記ニードル
クランク軸26と結節機構12及び前記両放出機
構13,14に対する間欠駆動軸28とを第2伝
動チエーン29を介して連動させ、以つて、前記
ニードル10、結節機構12、両放出機構13,
14を間欠駆動させるべく構成している。
前記結節機構12及び一次放出機構13を取付
けるに、結束ケース30の上部に、この結束ケー
ス30よりも前方に突出する状態で前記引起し装
置3への伝動機構22を内装するケース31を連
設し、この伝動ケース31の前端側縦ケース部3
1Aに、前記結節機構12を内装するケース32
を固定連結するとともに、前記間欠駆動軸28
を、前記結束ケース30から前記伝動ケース31
の横ケース部31B及び結節ケース32を貫通す
る状態で立設し、かつ、この間欠駆動軸28の、
前記結節ケース32の上下両面に位置する軸部分
に前記一次放出機構13の一対の放出アーム13
A,13Bを取付けている。
この放出アーム13A,13Bは、茎稈放出作
動後半時に茎稈束との接当圧を利用して収集部8
から逃げ移動させるべく構成されている。
前記二次放出機構14は次の如く構成されてい
る。
前記間欠駆動軸28の上端部に円板状の回転体
33の偏芯部に立設したピン34に、二次放出ア
ーム15の中間部をスライド移動自在に挿通支持
する部材35を枢着するとともに、前記二次放出
アーム15の一端を、前記回転体33の回転経路
脇の固定部に枢着した往復揺動リンク36の一端
に枢支連結し、かつ、前記ピン34に枢着した他
のリンク37の他端を、前記往復揺動リンク36
の一端近くに枢支連結し、以つて、前記二次放出
アーム15を、前記回転体33の駆動回転に伴な
うクランク運動と前記支持部材35に対するスラ
イド移動とにより、前記収集部8内を強制循環運
動させるべく構成している。
以上において実施例を説明してきたが、本考案
が要旨とする特徴構成は、前記結束装置5の結束
ケース30上部に、この結束ケース30よりも前
方に突出する状態で前記引起し装置3への伝動機
構22を内装するケース31を連設し、この伝動
ケース31の前端側縦ケース部31Aに、前記結
節機構12を内装するケース32を固定連結し、
前端側縦ケース部31Aの上部に前記二次放出機
構14の放出アーム15基端側を取付け、前記結
束ケース30から伝動ケース31の横ケース部3
1Bを通して立設した前記結節機構12に対する
間欠駆動軸28の、前記結節ケース32の上下両
側部に前記一次放出機構13の上下一対の放出ア
ーム13A,13Bを取付けた点にあり、この特
徴構成によつて次の作用効果が得られた。
すなわち、刈取装置4の取付けに支障を及ぼす
ことなしに引起装置3に動力伝達するための構成
である前記伝動ケース31を、前記結節ケース3
2の取付け部材及び前記結束ケース30から立設
される間欠駆動軸28の支持部材、更には前記一
次及び二次放出機構13,14の放出アーム13
A,13B,15の支持部材に兼用使用して、部
品点数の削減を計ることができた。しかも、前記
伝動ケース31と結節ケース32とでコの字状の
強度枠を構成させて、上下一対の放出アームを介
して強大な負荷を受けるケース部を、薄肉材料か
ら軽量かつ安価に構成し乍らも、変形、破損等の
ない丈夫なものに構成することができ、加えて、
前記間欠駆動軸28の支持スパンを可及的に小さ
くすることができることも相俟つて、前記結節機
構及び上下一対の放出アームの取付け強度を構造
簡単にして十分に大なるものにできるに至つた。
尚、実用新案登録請求の範囲の項に図面との対
照を便利にする為に符号を記すが、該記入により
本考案は添付図面の構造に限定されるものではな
