水平方向に延出形成されるエツジ部とを備えた振
動系を磁気回路部に組み込んでなるドーム型スピ
ーカにおいて、 磁気ギヤツプ形成時に磁気回路構成部材を規制
すると共に振動系の配置時にエツジ部をガイドす
るためにガイドリング部材が配置され、該ガイド
リング部材は外周平坦部とこれに連続する垂直部
と該垂直部下端から水平方向に伸びる内周平坦部
とによつて略階段状に形成されており、外周平坦
部がマグネツトとトツププレートとの間に挾持せ
しめられると共に内周平坦部の内端縁がヨークポ
ール部外周に当接せしめられていることを特徴と
