[Detailed Description of the Invention] (1) Technical Field of the Invention The present invention provides a camp-on service in a private branch exchange, in which a service tone is sent to the telephone of the requesting party, thereby informing the telephone of the requesting party that the telephone has terminated, and at the same time The present invention relates to a camp-on control system that provides a selection function for calling a telephone or canceling service.

(2) Problems with the conventional technology Conventionally, the camp-on control method is a method in which a call signal is sent to the request source upon detection of the end of the call at the camp-on request destination, and a method in which the call signal is immediately sent to the request destination upon detection of the request source's off-hook. However, it is not necessarily the camp-on requester who takes the requester's telephone off-hook. This is particularly the case with branch telephones (where multiple telephones are connected to the same line), but in such cases there may not be enough time to notify the requester, or the requester may not be present. It is also inconvenient when the requester goes off-hook and there is no longer a need for a call or when there is no time available for a call (conversation).

(3) Purpose of the Invention The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology, and to send a service tone to the telephone that has made a camp-on request to inform that camp-on is in progress and at the same time that the telephone that has made the camp-on request has ended the call. It is an object of the present invention to provide a selective camp-on control system having a function of selecting whether to send a calling signal to a camp-on requesting party and make a call, or to cancel camp-on.

(4) Structure of the Invention The present invention provides a means for transmitting a service tone when a camp-on requesting extension responds to a callback in executing the service, and a hooking signal or disconnection from the camp-on requesting extension in an exchange equipped with a camp-on service function. comprising means for detecting a signal and means for selectively controlling whether to call a camp-on request destination or cancel camp-on,
When responding to a camp-on callback, the camp-on requesting party is called by the hooking signal detected from the camp-on requesting extension, and the camp-on is canceled by detecting the disconnection signal from the camp-on requesting extension, so that the camp-on requesting party is not present. This makes it possible to cancel the service when there is no longer a need for calls.

Note that NW is a network, IOT is an in-office call trunk, RGT is a call signal transmission trunk, SVT is a service tone transmission trunk, and MEM camp-on registration memory is controlled by a control device (not shown). In this configuration, when the camp-on requester A registers the camp-on, the exchange monitors the end of the call from the request destination B after the dial number of the request destination B is registered in the memory as shown in FIG. When the end of the call from subscriber B is detected, the trunk that sends a paging signal to subscriber A
Diagram of connecting to RGT and sending a call signal on A,
When A goes off-hook, the exchange connects a service tone transmission trunk (SVT) to A and sends out a service tone (SVT) to notify A of the end of camp-on request destination B, as shown in Figure C, and also sends a signal from A (for example, off-hook). and on-fusk). When footing is detected, the screen changes to B as shown in Figure 2.
Connect RGT and send out a call signal. If B goes off-hook, A and B will be in a talking state as shown in Figure E (in the conventional system, a direct transition would occur from the call back state of A shown in Figure B to the calling state of B as shown in Figure D). . Note that if A is turned on in the state shown in Fig. B, the camp-on is canceled and the state becomes empty as shown in Fig. F. In other words, by adding the state shown in Figure C to the conventional method, even if the off-hook person A is someone other than the camp-on requester, the camp-on requester is given time to contact the requester. Since it is possible to leave the rest to the task, it is possible to prevent confusion and clumsiness when communicating with the requesting party immediately.

In camp-on registration, the terminal status analysis 21 of the camp-on control section 2 is activated from the dial receiving section 11 of the NW control section 1 in FIG. Next, when the terminal status monitor 14 of the NW control unit 1 in FIG. (This state is shown in Figure 1B). When the terminal status monitor 14 of the NW control unit 1 detects A's off-hook, an SVT connection unit (not shown) connects A and SVT. In the conventional method, the RGT connection part 13 is connected to B.
and RGT were connected, and the called party calling section of the camp-on control section 2 sent a calling signal to B using the RGT. In this method, A and SVT are connected, and the NW control unit 1 monitors A. This is the state shown in FIG. 1C. In this state, by listening to this service sound, the camp-on request source knows that camp-on registration has been made, and can decide whether to proceed with the camp-on or cancel the camp-on. That is, there are transitions from this state to two states. One is the terminal status monitoring 14 of the NW control unit 1.
If A detects off-hook, the terminal state analysis 21 of the camp-on control unit 2 determines that the camp-on is released 23, and the registered memory control is deleted from the registered memory (FIG. 1). Figure 3 shows this in detail. In other words, in the terminal state analysis 21, the connection state analysis 26 and the detected event determination 2
7, the camp-on release 24 is performed. on the other hand
When the terminal status monitor 14 of the NW control unit 1 detects A's hooking, the called party is called this time in the same manner as A's off-hooking. This is executed by the RGT connection section 13 of the NW control section 1 and the called party calling section 25 of the camp-on control section 2 (FIG. 1D).
The subsequent steps are the same as in the conventional method. When the terminal status monitoring 14 of the NW control unit 1 detects the off-hook of B, the terminal status analysis 21 of the IOT connection unit 12 and the camp-on control unit 2 performs the following as shown in FIG.
Goes into a call state.

In the above embodiment, when the camp-on requester or a person other than the requester takes the camp-on requester's telephone off-hook (responses to a camp-on callback), the service tone transmission trunk is used to confirm exchange service registration, etc. (SVT) to notify that the camp is on, but the present invention is not limited to this example. It is also conceivable to add a service sound transmission function to the service.

(6) Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, even if a person other than the camp-on requester takes the camp-on requesting telephone off-hook using a ringing signal, it is possible to confirm that the camp-on service is in progress and that the requesting telephone has been terminated. This will give you more time to contact the camp-on requester. In addition, serviceability can be improved, such as by being able to cancel a call when it is no longer necessary.
