[Prior Art] As shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, in a conventional noncombustible panel of this type and a method for manufacturing the same, a core material 1 made of an aluminum sheet or an asbestos honeycomb core is coated with steel or steel on both sides. It is made of stainless steel and has surrounding rising parts 2a and 3b.
Metal surface plates 2 and 3 on which are formed, respectively, are adhered with an adhesive with the rising portions 2a and 3a facing each other (as shown in Figure 13), and the manufacturing method thereof is as follows: Rising portions 2 of the metal surface plates 2 and 3 that are moved while being suspended
Adhesive is applied by spray 5 to one surface where a, 3a are projected, and then one metal surface plate 3 is applied.
is placed on the plywood 6 with the surface coated with adhesive facing upward, and the core material 1 is placed on the metal surface plate 3. Next, place the other metal surface plate 2 on the other surface of this core material 1 with the side coated with adhesive facing down, and press from above to place both metal surface plates 2 and 3 on each surface of the core material 1. It is manufactured by crimping.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Conventional non-combustible panels and their manufacturing methods are as described above, so (1) when cutting the resulting non-combustible panels, shock and vibration from a jigsaw etc. Because it is transmitted to the metal surface plates 2 and 3 and the core material 1,
The metal surface plates 2 and 3 are likely to peel off, (2) the heat insulation and sound insulation properties of the core material 1 alone are low, and (3) when applying adhesive to the metal surface plates 2 and 3, the metal surface plates 2 , 3 are formed around the metal surface plates 2a, 3, it is difficult to apply it only with the spray 5, and in addition, the coating becomes uneven and has poor retention, and the surfaces of the metal surface plates 2, 3 may also become dirty. (4) Due to the unevenness of the surface of the core material, it is difficult to apply pressure uniformly when assembling the metal surface plates 2 and 3, and there is a problem that perfect crimping cannot be achieved.

[Means for Solving the Problems] This invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its outline is that a non-flammable or flame-retardant honeycomb core or a thickness direction A noncombustible panel is formed by sandwiching a core material having a large number of holes on its entire surface, and a noncombustible soft inorganic plate is interposed and fixed between at least one of the metal surface plates and the core material. One side of a non-flammable soft inorganic plate, which has been passed between a pair of rolls and evenly coated with adhesive on both sides, is pasted to the opposing sides of one of the metal face plates of the face plate, and this soft inorganic plate On the other side, one side of a non-flammable or flame-retardant honeycomb core or a core material having holes in the thickness direction is pasted on the other side of the core material so that the holes of the honeycomb core etc. are in the thickness direction. Then, the other metal surface plate is attached either directly or through a non-flammable soft inorganic plate uniformly coated with adhesive by passing it between the rolls, and pressure is applied in the direction in which these plates are stacked. It is an object of the present invention to propose a noncombustible panel and a manufacturing method thereof, which can solve the conventional problems by manufacturing the above-mentioned members by pressing them together.
