板部材に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a patterned laminated plate member, in particular, it involves forming a transparent adhesive film between two transparent plate-like members, and forming an opaque pattern by leaving a transparent portion. The present invention relates to a patterned laminated plate member which is made to exhibit a three-dimensional pattern by being integrally joined and further forming an opaque coating film on the entire outer surface of one side of the integrally joined member.

c is a sheet glass 71 with a silver film 75 formed on one side including a pattern 73, and d is a sheet glass 8 made of two sheets.
Two layers of adhesive films 84, 84 are formed between 1 and 82,
Laminated glass formed by sandwiching opaque decorative paper 83 between these films 84, 84, e is two sheets of plate glass 9
An adhesive film 94 is formed between the glasses 91 and 92.
This is a laminated glass in which a decorative paper 93 is attached to one of the joint surfaces of the glass 92. Although each of these plate members has a variety of patterns formed thereon, they can produce a certain aesthetic effect, but none of them can form a three-dimensional pattern, and therefore the plate members themselves are flat and lack a three-dimensional effect.

ある。 The present invention was developed in order to further develop such plate members, and its purpose is to create a laminated plate made by integrating two transparent plate-like members through a transparent adhesive film. In the member, by arranging a regularly spaced continuous pattern consisting of opaque parts and transparent parts in the intermediate adhesive layer part, and forming an opaque colored coating film or silver film on the outer surface of one side of the laminated plate member. The object of the present invention is to provide a patterned laminated board member that allows changes in aesthetic taste, three-dimensional pattern configuration, etc.

On the lower surface of the front glass 1, as shown in FIG. They are regularly arranged and adhered, and the front glass 1 and the back glass 2 are integrally bonded with a transparent adhesive film 4 formed between them. Further, on the lower surface of the back glass 2, an opaque coating film 5 of a color different from the color of the pattern 3 is formed over the entire surface thereof.

Any transparent material such as synthetic resin may be used, and the plate thickness thereof may also be arbitrary. A part of the light is reflected by the surface of the front glass 1 as shown in FIG. The light is emitted from the glass 1, allowing the viewer to perceive the pattern as a real image, and also projects the shadow of the opaque pattern 3 onto the opaque coating film 5 to provide a shadow. On the other hand, a part of the light incident on the transparent part between the patterns 3 and 3 is reflected by the opaque film 5 as shown in B in the figure, and then reflected again on the back surface of the pattern 3, leaving a reflected image of the pattern 3 on the opaque film 5. It is projected and further emitted from the member, allowing the viewer to perceive a pattern as a reflected image.
Further, as shown in C in the figure, the reflected light that does not collide with the pattern 3 at all is reflected by the opaque coating film 5 and exits from the member, allowing the viewer to perceive the color of the coating film 5.

効果を有している。 Therefore, when the plate member is viewed from a direction perpendicular to the surface of the plate member, the pattern 3... appears in a two-dimensional manner with the color of the coating film 5 in an orderly manner, as shown in FIG. On the other hand, if you look at this from an oblique direction with respect to the surface of the plate member, the pattern 3... and the coating film 5 are separated by the thickness of the back glass 2, or the thickness of the adhesive film 4 added to this. Therefore, a positional shift occurs between the real image pattern, its shadow, and the reflected pattern, and these patterns appear three-dimensionally as shown in FIG. 5. On the other hand, since the reflected light from the surface of the coating film 5 is weak, is mixed with the color of the coating film 5, and a unique color tone appears on the board member. As a whole, the pattern is a regular repeating pattern, and continuous patterns are arranged at equal intervals, so it has an effect that cannot be seen in normal three-dimensional effects.

Furthermore, if the pattern or coating is coated with metallic coating, fluorescent coating, etc. to improve the reflectance thereof, the above effect will be doubled.

A transparent adhesive film was formed between two transparent plate-like members, and an opaque pattern was formed with the transparent portion left to join them together, and an opaque coating was formed on the outer surface of one side of the joined member. Depending on the angle, the real image pattern, its shading, and the reflected pattern shift and appear three-dimensionally, and these form a three-dimensional pattern, and since the reflection from the paint film surface is weak, it gives a blurring effect to the reflection lines, and this and the paint film Unique tones can be obtained by mixing with other colors, and by variously changing the combination of the pattern shape and color with the color of the coating film, a very rich variety of tastes and tones can be obtained.
