Rod-shaped, wire-shaped, and other various articles, such as writing instruments such as pencils, ballpoint pens, and fountain pens, daily goods such as glasses (their clasps), golf equipment, rackets, and other exercise or competition equipment (their grips), and various electrical appliances. Or for the purpose of protecting parts or the whole of electronic products, optical communications, medical equipment, etc., preventing slippage, cushioning, decoration, reinforcing, or binding linear objects, etc. Although the use of a covering tube has been practiced in the past, this conventional covering tube is not necessarily preferable. In other words, these conventional tubes include extruded tubes made by extrusion molding resin or synthetic rubber, heat-shrinkable extruded tubes that are used by heating and shrinking the extruded tubes, and tubes in which a fiber braided sleeve is impregnated and coated with resin or varnish. There are braided sleeves, etc., but these conventional types are usually limited in purpose and use, and especially when used for multiple purposes, the functionality, workability, and economy of each case are limited. They often have difficulties or disadvantages in such characteristics. Although the physical properties or structural features of the material used for the lid may be favorable for certain purposes, they may be difficult or disadvantageous for other purposes. For example, one of the major characteristics of synthetic rubber is that it has high frictional resistance, and is non-slip. Even if it is effective for the purpose, when it is made into a tube and used for the purpose of covering, it becomes difficult to cover the object, and its frictional properties become an obstacle. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that workability is greatly reduced during covering, and supplementary work using special tools and equipment is required. The same goes for elasticity or stretchability, which has the advantage of being able to expand the diameter and cover the target object, but has the disadvantage that it also stretches in the axial direction of the tube, making the attachment state unstable. accompanied by.

The present invention was devised after repeated studies in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and although it has sufficient elasticity and can freely expand the diameter of the inner hole, it also has the ability to expand and contract in the axial direction. are all empty,
Furthermore, we have succeeded in obtaining a tube that has sufficient flexibility and elasticity as well as friction properties as the rubbery or soft synthetic resin body, and has very little frictional resistance when covering or removing articles.

That is, the present invention proposes a covering tube in which individual fibrous strips are arranged linearly along the axial direction of the tube on the inner surface of a stretchable tube made of high-strength silicone rubber, and are integrally bonded with the tube layer. It is something. The high-strength silicone rubber used in this invention has properties different from those of ordinary silicone rubber in terms of elongation and tear strength. However, the tear strength (JIS.C2123B method) is more than 500%, especially 600 to 900%, than that of the ordinary type.
Around 12-20Kg/ cm2 , but over 20Kg/ cm2 , especially
It has about 24 to 48 Kg/ cm2 , and has better heat resistance (around 200℃), cold resistance, weather resistance to temperature and light, tactile sensation, non-toxicity, electrical resistance, etc. than normal silicone rubber. It has more properties than rubber, and is also a material with better transparency than ordinary silicone rubber and other rubbers. The present invention has the physical properties of such high-strength silicone rubber, and furthermore, the inner surface of the stretchable tube 1 made of such high-strength silicone rubber is provided with a large number of tubes along the axial direction of the tube 1, as shown in FIG. The individual fibrous strips 2 are arranged in an aligned state and bonded and integrated with the first layer of the tube to form an inner hole 3 surrounded by the two layers of the fibrous strips.

Furthermore, as will be described later, the device according to the present invention is covered with a writing instrument or other covering material 10 as shown in FIG. 1 as well as in FIG. It is preferable that the cross-sectional area of the covering material 10 is formed so as to be about 1.0 to 3.0 times the area. More specifically, if electrical insulation is required, it should be 1.0 times (actually, it cannot be coated without expanding the diameter) times to 1.6 times, preferably 1.2 to 1.4 times. In the case of a mere covering purpose, it is practical to set it to a wider range of 1.0 to 3.0 times, especially about 1.5 to 2.5 times. In other words, if the thickness of the tube layer 1 is increased, the cross-sectional area magnification of the covering material 10 can be increased, but if the thickness of the tube layer 1 is increased in this way, it is necessary to Even if it is possible to reduce the friction during loading and unloading by the body 2, the restoring force of the tube 1 layer itself becomes large, and together with the increase in diameter expansion magnification, it becomes difficult to smoothly load and unload the tube. Thickness of tube 1 layer and fibrous striation 2
Layer thickness is 1:1 to 6:1, especially 2:1 to 4:1
It is preferable to set it as approximately.

Use it by covering the shaft of a pencil or other writing instrument,
Alternatively, when the tube layer 1 is suitable for use as a gripping part in the covering material 10, it is preferable to form the uneven strips 4 along the axial direction on the circumferential surface of the tube layer 1. Depending on the case, the direction may be appropriately inclined or formed into a shape of numerous small protrusions. In addition, the tube layer 1 is made of a material that can be seen through, and by appropriately disposing colored fibrous strips 2a on a part of the fibrous strips 2, a product with excellent aesthetics can be obtained. can. Of course, the tube layer 1 itself may be colored as desired.

It goes without saying that the fibrous strips 2 may be arranged around the entire circumference of the inner hole 3, but especially when the transparent material as described above is used for one layer of the tube, as shown in FIG. In this way, it is possible to form a portion 5 in which the fibrous strip 2 is not disposed, and in this way, the markings on the surface of the covering material 10 can be made in combination with the visibility of the tube 1. It can be covered so that characters and other indications can be seen through.

In order to specifically manufacture the product according to the present invention as described above, when the high-strength silicone rubber as described above is used and formed into a tube by an extruder, the above-mentioned fibers are added to the inner wall of the tube 1 during extrusion molding. By continuously supplying the fiber strips 2 to complete the molding, it is possible to properly bond and integrate them, and in some cases, by using the fiber strips 2 impregnated with varnish or the like. , the adhesive integrity can be further ensured. Regarding the product dimensions, it is possible to freely obtain the desired hardness and color tone depending on each application. For example, a dyed polyester fibrous strip 2 whose inner wall surface of a tube 1 made of high-strength silicone rubber is impregnated with silicone varnish. are bonded and integrated during extrusion molding, and the uneven strips 4 and the like are processed to produce a product. The diameter of the inner hole 3 can be appropriately manufactured to be 0.3 mm or more in the normal state when not attached to an article. As the fibrous strip 2, a fiber thread made of any material can be used, but as an example, when the above-mentioned polyester fiber is used, the operation of loading and unloading the covering material 10 into the inner hole 3 can be performed more easily. .

Some of the specific usage conditions of the device according to the present invention are shown in FIG. 5 and below. The device shown in FIG. The present product is applied to a covering material 10 formed with a slightly smaller diameter 12. In this case, if the length of the small diameter part 12 is made slightly smaller than the length of the original tube A, the original tube A to which the fibrous strip 2 is bonded and integrated will protrude from the small diameter part 12 if it is simply attached. However, by twisting one end side of the tube A of the present invention installed in this way after installation, the protruding portion as described above will be reduced and fit within the small diameter portion 12, and by such twisting operation, By changing the color or pattern of protrusions on the tube A, it is possible to create a state that is excellent in taste, and furthermore, this state can be changed as appropriate. The tube of the present invention attached to the gripping part as described above provides a good gripping feeling when gripping the covering material 10 for writing and does not cause fatigue, and also serves as a cap attached to the writing part when not in use. This effectively prevents 18 from slipping out.

What is shown in FIG. 6 is a case where the tendril 7a of the glasses 7 is used as a covering material 10. In this case, one end of the tube A of the present invention can be made into a closing part 11 as appropriate, and thereby It can be attached to the ear hook as appropriate. In some cases, the tube A of the present invention having an appropriate color can be covered over the entire length of the tendril 7a, and thus the tube A having a suitable color can be coated over the entire length of the tendril, giving a desirable aesthetic appearance and being suitable for ornamental purposes. Also responds immediately. In any case, by covering the ear hook part with this product, it provides a good feel to the ears during use, does not cause any pain, and prevents the frame from slipping down. A stable state of wearing glasses can be formed even during exercise.

FIG. 7 shows a case where the tube A of the present invention is applied to the covering material 10, which also serves as a seal case; that is, the covering material 10, which is the seal stamp 8, can be easily moved in and out due to the characteristics of the tube of the present invention, which will be described later. In addition, when stamping is performed with the stamping part 8a slightly protruding, the original tube A can be held accurately to facilitate the stamping operation, and furthermore, after the stamping, the original tube A
If the seal stamp 8 is inserted inside, it can be used as a stamp case as is, and is especially convenient for carrying in a pocket or handbag. In such a case, if one end of the fibrous strip 2 is left without one layer of tubes and the boundary portion is tied, it can be used as a brush as is.

According to the present invention as explained above, the fibrous strips 2 are integrally bonded to the inner wall surface of the tube 1, so even though the tube 1 is stretchable, there is no elasticity in the axial direction. Therefore, since the tube 1 is a single fibrous strip, the tube 1 acts exclusively in the radial and circumferential directions. That is, as a result of this, the tube 1 exhibits greater elasticity in the circumferential direction (radial direction) than in the case where it expands and contracts in the axial direction (in the case of just the tube 1), and the inner hole 3 in its normal state shows greater elasticity. It can be properly inserted into objects with an outer diameter considerably larger than the outside diameter, and it can be used not only for simple rod-shaped objects but also for objects with bulges, curved objects, and other complex objects with cross-sections. Even square objects can be appropriately coated. Moreover, in the case where the fibrous strips 2 are integrally bonded to the inner surface along the axial direction as described above, the fibrous strips 2 form a slipping layer on the inner surface of the tube 1 as described above. The high friction coefficient of the coating material 10 is greatly reduced, and the surface of the inserted covering material 10 is smoothly traversed, thereby making it extremely easy to insert and remove the covering material. In addition, as described above, when the item is stretched appropriately in the circumferential direction and is installed, this restoring force allows it to be effectively brought into close contact with the 10 surfaces of the covering material, ensuring stable attachment at a predetermined position. When the article is used, it will not fall off or move. Of course, it is unlikely that parts will be extremely stretched and become extremely thin, or that they will be installed under unreasonable stress.
Various multi-purposes such as anti-slip, retention of connected connections, convergence, decoration, etc. can be effectively achieved by using them alone or in combination. As mentioned above, even if tube 1, which is made of high-strength silicone rubber, has some pores, its excellent tear strength prevents the pores from enlarging and allows it to withstand temperature changes. Combined with the fact that it does not deteriorate due to exposure to heat, humidity, sunlight, etc., it has excellent durability. Good tactility and non-toxicity are preferred for application to parts that come into direct contact with the human body. That is, the device of the present invention is easy to attach and detach as described above, is appropriately reinforced, and can stably and precisely achieve the intended purpose of use, so it is a device with great practical effects. As mentioned above, when the tube 1 is extruded using an extrusion molding machine, the fibrous strips 2 are continuously supplied to complete the integral molding process, which is easy to manufacture according to the present invention. In addition, no special solvent is required to bond and integrate the fibrous strips 2, and there is no solvent volatilization, making the working environment safer. Of course, since a braided structure is not required, the manufacturing machine and operation are simple. , the desired product can be obtained in a highly mass-produced manner at low cost. In addition, as in the illustrated embodiment, colored fibrous strips 2a are used as the fibrous strips 2.
When the product of the present invention is formed by appropriately arranging the materials, and one end of the product is appropriately twisted after being attached to the covering material 10, the product should be attached with a changed pattern as shown in Fig. 3. Moreover, since it is possible to further change or eliminate this pattern state, it can be used in a highly entertaining manner.
