A large amount of fresh tea leaves that have just been picked from tea plants are first stored temporarily in a tea factory's fresh leaf storage room, and then sent to the steaming process whenever necessary. and,
For the storage, in the fresh leaf storage room, the length is about the depth of the fresh leaf storage room, that is, the length is usually about 15 m, and the bottom is an air-permeable conveyor with a width of about 1.8 m.
A storage tank with side walls of approximately 1.2m in height is installed on both sides of the storage tank, and fresh tea leaves are put into this storage tank and stored there.A permeable conveyor is moved as needed.
This conveyor sends the required amount to the steaming process.

Traditionally, this type of permeable conveyor-type tea leaf management device has been introduced in large-scale tea factories operated jointly by many tea farmers, and has contributed to reducing manpower. Another advantage of this method is its hygiene, which is emphasized, and it is often introduced into relatively small and medium-sized tea factories.

This is because in conventional equipment, a spreading device for feeding incoming fresh tea leaves onto an air-permeable conveyor was fixed to the input side of the storage tank. Since the arrival itself is relatively small, the input to the ventilation conveyor is interrupted midway. If it takes 1-2 minutes, it's not a big deal, but if it takes more than 20-30 minutes,
(Since the permeable conveyor is driven during this time when the tea manufacturing line is required,) there are areas on the permeable conveyor where no green tea leaves are loaded. This causes a serious disruption to the tea making line when that section reaches the delivery end of the conveyor.

In other words, no green tea leaves are fed to the tea manufacturing line until this part passes, and the flow of the tea manufacturing line is completely paralyzed.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and it can be placed at appropriate locations on the conveyor without sacrificing the sanitary and operability, which are the advantages of the permeable conveyor-type tea leaf management device. By making it possible to input fresh tea leaves, it is possible to cope with the situation where the loading of fresh tea leaves is interrupted.

Reference numeral 20 denotes a scraping device which is vertically adjustable and is provided above the intermediate side of the transport surface of the conveyor belt 14, and 21 is placed above the scraping device 20, and blows air to the green tea leaves being scraped back by the scraping device. This is a cooling fan that cools the area. Reference numeral 22 denotes a uniform dispersion device provided at the upper end of the input body 13, in which a dispersion shaft 24 is mounted vertically between the upper end of the input body 13 and a cross beam 23 protruding laterally from the intermediate support frame 17. Therefore, when first feeding green tea leaves onto the air permeable conveyor 3, the entire feeding body 13 is rolled on its wheels 18, 19, and the starting end of the air permeable conveyor 3, that is, the most feeding end If the reverse wheels 18 and 19 positioned close to the wall 9 are locked and the green tea leaves in the tea basket or the like are thrown into the hopper 15,
The green tea leaves are conveyed upward by a circulating conveyor belt 14. At this time, more than a certain number of green tea leaves are scraped back toward the lower end by the scraping tool 20,
At the same time, the heat of respiration generated from the time the tea is picked to the time it is transported to the tea factory by the wind from the cooling fan 21 is removed and cooled.

If the fresh tea leaves are continued to be fed in this way, the green tea leaves will be piled up gradually in a mountain-like manner, and if the permeable conveyor 3 is moved at the same time, eventually a high tea layer will be formed that is uniform over the entire length of the conveyor 3. It can be laminated as

Thereafter, if necessary, the scraping device 11 is activated to move the conveyor 3 forward, and the scraping device 11 is sequentially scraped off starting from the tea leaves at the tip of the breathable conveyor 3.
The leaves are scraped off by the feeder 12 and fed to the steaming process, which is the first step of the tea manufacturing process.

On the other hand, the tea manufacturing line operates continuously and already requires continuous feeding of fresh tea leaves, so it is not possible to stop the permeable conveyor 3 and wait for fresh tea leaves to arrive. Depending on the needs of the tea manufacturing line,
This must be driven.

Therefore, the input body 13 is moved to the rear of the green tea leaves a, and the input of subsequently arrived green tea leaves is started from there, so that the stack of green tea leaves is not interrupted over the entire length on the air permeable conveyor 3.

In this way, if the tea leaves are sequentially loaded over the entire length of the air-permeable conveyor 3, green tea leaves can be fed from the delivery end of the conveyor at any time as required by the tea manufacturing line.

During this time, if the blowers 4, 4... are operated, fresh air passes through each section of the ventilation conveyor 3 toward the bottom, and as it passes between the layers of tea, it absorbs the respiratory heat of the green tea leaves. Each green tea leaf can be stored in a fresh state.

This invention forms a storage tank by providing side walls on both sides and an input end wall on the input side on a longitudinally long permeable conveyor, and a storage tank is formed on the output side of the storage tank for supplying leaves to the next steaming process. Below the conveyor, a plurality of blowers for aerating the tea layer are installed in parallel for each section of the conveyor, and guide rails are installed on the side walls to form the main body. A conveyor belt with a projecting surface is installed across both ends, a hopper is provided at the starting end, and a feed body is provided with wheels attached to the lower end and intermediate support frame respectively, and the wheels of the intermediate support frame are placed on the guide rail. The wheel at the lower end is placed on the ground and attached to the main body to make it movable, so it can be placed at an appropriate location on the ventilated conveyor, and the arrival of green tea leaves is interrupted. Even if the stacking on the conveyor is interrupted, fresh tea leaves can be continuously fed from there, and as a result, the stacking of fresh tea leaves will not be interrupted over the entire length of the permeable conveyor, which will meet the needs of the tea manufacturing line. Accordingly, leaves can be fed smoothly in sequence.
