置とを取りうるよう組み付けられていると共に、
空調室内機内における空気吹出口の上流側の室
は、フアンの吹出口のみを開口させた中仕切りに
よつて、熱交換器側の室と区画されているという
構成とすることにより、隣接する2室を、1室分
の空調能力を有する1台の空調室内機で、各別に
選択的に空調したり、2室同時に同条件で空調す
ることができるようにし、空調設備に要するイニ
シヤルコストおよびランニングコストを低くし、
また中仕切りによつて、空気の流れを良好にする
と共に、該中仕切りをドレン受けとしても使える
ようになし、空調室内機の機能の向上を図つたも
のである。

画されていることを特徴とする建造物の空調装
