To explain the present invention with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a seat, which includes a seat portion 1A and a backrest portion 1B.
2 is an auxiliary chair consisting of a seat portion 2A and a backrest portion 2B. A frame 3 is extended laterally from the side edge of the seat 1A from the frame 1A of the seat 1A of the seat 1, and the frame 3 has a pair of devices 3A, 3A attached to the front and rear ends of the inner edge.
It is possible to stand upside down. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the frame 3 includes the seat 2 of the auxiliary chair 2.
A is slidably attached to the frame 3, and the frame 3 is laterally provided with a guide hole 4 consisting of a round hole portion 4A on the outer end side and a long hole portion 4B on the inner end side.
A shaft body 5, which is spanned between the frames 2'A and 2'A, is fitted into the guide hole 4 at the rotation center of the seat portion 2A. The minor axis of the cross-sectional shape of the shaft body 5 is approximately equal to the width of the long hole portion 4B of the guide hole 4, and the major axis of the shaft body 5 is approximately equal to the diameter of the round hole portion 4A of the guide hole 4. Thus, when the shaft body 5 is located in the elongated hole portion 4B, rotation is stopped;
When located in the round hole portion 4A, it is rotatable. A rod 7 is slidably fitted into the bearing 6 of the frame 3, and a locking piece 8 is formed at the root end of the rod 7.
The locking piece 8 can be moved in and out of the elongated hole 4B, and the elasticity of the spring 9, which is the elastic member A, pushes the locking piece 8 in the direction of protruding onto the elongated hole 4B. Furthermore, the elastic member B receivers 10A, 1 of the frame 3
A plate spring 11, which is an elastic member B, is extended between the guide holes 4 and 0B. Thus, the shafts 5 of the frames 2'A, 2'A are connected to the guide holes 4.
When it is at the end of the elongated hole 4B, it is clamped and fixed between the locking piece 8 projecting above the elongated hole 4B and the plate spring 11, and rotation is prevented by the elongated hole 4B. In this state, the auxiliary chair 2 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is in the used state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

When the head of the rod 7 protruding from the front of the seat 2A of the auxiliary chair 2 is pulled by hand, the locking piece 8 sinks from above the elongated hole 4B of the guide hole 4, and the locking piece of the shaft body 5 is removed. When released, the shaft body 5 is pushed up by the leaf spring 11 to the position shown by the dotted line in FIG. In this position, the shaft body 5 receives the locking piece 8 which is pushed by the spring 9 and protrudes onto the elongated hole portion 4B. From this position, lift the auxiliary chair 2 in the direction of the arrow in Figure 7 and position the shaft 5 in the round hole 4A (solid line position in Figure 5).
Since the locking piece 8 is no longer received by the shaft body 5, it is again projected onto the long hole portion 4B by the spring 9 and locks the shaft body 5 in the round hole portion 4A. Since it becomes rotatable, the auxiliary chair 2 becomes rotatable around the shaft body 5 as shown by the arrow in FIG. At this time, since the auxiliary chair 2 is rotated from the outer end of the frame 3, it does not interfere with the seat 1. When the auxiliary chair 2 is rotated and the front and back are reversed as shown in FIG. 9, the rod 2 is pulled to sink the locking piece 8 from above the elongated hole 4B, and the shaft 5 is inserted into the round hole 4A.
The auxiliary chair 2 is now able to slide through the long hole 4A, and the auxiliary chair 2 descends under its own weight as shown by the arrow in FIG.
The locking piece 8 is again received by the shaft 5, and is further pushed by hand to the position shown in FIG. When reaching the end of the elongated hole portion 4B of the hole 4, the locking piece 8 of the frame 3 is pushed by the spring 9 and protrudes above the elongated hole portion 4B, and although the shaft body 5 is upside down, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG.
The state returns to the state in which rotation is prevented. In this manner, the auxiliary chair 2 is folded down as shown in FIG. 11 via the devices 3A and 3A of the frame 3, and then the seat portion 2A and backrest portion 2B are opened by the pivot 2C as shown in FIG. 12 to be in use. In this way, the auxiliary chair 2 is reversed in its front-to-back direction. If the seat 1 is made to be rotatable back and forth, the orientation and arrangement of the seat 1 and the auxiliary chair 2 can be changed in various ways, thereby diversifying the seating arrangements in the automobile. In addition to this embodiment, the plate spring at the end of the long hole portion of the guide hole may be replaced with a suitable spring such as a coil spring, which is an elastic member.

As described above, the present invention consists of a foldable seat and a backrest, and the seat is slidably attached in the horizontal direction to an inverted frame that extends laterally from the side edge of the seat. The frame is laterally provided with a guide hole in which a round hole is formed at the outer end of an elongated hole, and a rotatably provided shaft of the seat is fitted into the guide hole. The surface shape has a short axis approximately equal to the width of the long hole portion of the guide hole and a long axis approximately equal to the diameter of the round hole portion, and the frame has an elastic member so as to protrude above the long hole portion of the guide hole. A locking piece that is biased by member A is attached, and an elastic member B that pushes the shaft toward the round hole is attached to the end of the elongated hole so that the shaft is pushed into the elongated hole. When located at the end, the shaft has a locking piece protruding above the elongated hole and an elastic member B.
When the locking piece of the frame is depressed from the elongated hole of the guide hole, the shaft body is pushed toward the round hole by the elastic member B at the end of the elongated hole, and in this state, it is not locked. The piece is received by the shaft and is prevented from protruding above the elongated hole, and the shaft can slide through the guide hole even if the locking piece is not held down by hand. If you pull it up along the frame, the shaft will fit into the round hole of the guide hole, and in this state the shaft will no longer receive the locking piece, so the locking piece will automatically move onto the elongated hole by the elastic member A. protrudes to lock the shaft body in the round hole. The shaft becomes rotatable when inserted into the round hole, and the auxiliary chair can be rotated around the shaft at the outer edge of the frame without interfering with the seat, allowing the auxiliary chair to be rotated from front to back. When the locking piece is recessed from above the long hole after reversing the position, the shaft body can slide from the round hole to the long hole, and the auxiliary chair descends along the frame under its own weight, and the locking piece is pressed down again. When the shaft is received by the shaft and further pushed to the lowest position by hand, the shaft is automatically fixed between the locking piece and the elastic member B at the end of the elongated hole, preventing sliding and rotation in the guide hole. can be locked. In this state, by folding down the auxiliary chair and opening the seat and backrest, the front and rear directions can be easily reversed without interfering with the seat. In the present invention, the orientation of the auxiliary chair as described above can be changed independently from the seat to which the auxiliary chair is attached, and can be applied to automobiles and the like to diversify the orientation and arrangement of the seats in the car.
