Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は磁気ヘツド素子をシールドケースに収
納して充填する樹脂の充填構造に関し主として紙

従来の紙幣鑑別用磁気ヘツドは一般の磁気ヘツ
ドと同様に作られている。その一例を第1図およ
び第2図に示す。第1図は磁気ヘツド素子を示
し、根元に勾配がつき先端が薄くなつた前部突合
せ部2と直線部3とほぼ直角に折り曲げられた後
部突合せ部4とからなる左右対象のコア1の直線
部3に絶縁テープを巻いた上に巻線5を巻き前部
突合せ部2に磁気間隙材7を挾んで互に突合せ、
両ホルダー6間をねじ8を互に反対方向から貫通
して締付け固定している。第2図は磁気ヘツド完
成品の断面図であり、シールドケース9に磁気ヘ
ツド素子を入れホルダー6の外壁とケース9の内
壁間に円弧状の板ばね10を挿入しホルダー6を
支持し、後部突合せ部4側から充填樹脂11例え
ば注型・積層用エポキシ配合樹脂(仕様R−
138・H−89)を注入しケース9の開口面に端子
