Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion properties between an ear and a headphone and to reduce the sound leakage by providing the elastic expanded polymer at the outer circumference of a speaker and the peripheral part of the front face of a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The elastic expanded polymer 1 is provided at the periphery of a speaker as well as the outer circumference part of a protector. The polymer 1 receives the instant pressure and the original form of the polymer 1 is defirmed. However the original form of the polymer 1 is recovered in about 45 seconds. Thus the polymer 1 is deformed into a smeller shape by hands and put into an ear. Then the polymer 1 becomes gradually larger in the ear and then adhered to the ear. Thus the sound leakage is reduced. Thus the reproduction is possible down to a low range. Here the polymer 1 can be changed into an ellipse from an ordinary circle concentrical with a speaker in accordance with a ratio between the length and the width of an ear. In such a way, the sound leakage is reduced less. Then the reproduction is possible with a low band and also the attachment feeling is improved.

The signal transmitted from the cord 7 is guided to the voice coil 6 without changing the signal. The voice coil 6 has a yoke 2, a magnet 3. It is installed in the magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit consisting of the plate 4. Therefore, the electric signal flowing through the voice coil 6 crosses the magnetic field, and force is transmitted to the diaphragm 5, thereby emitting sound.

Problem to be Solved by the Invention (7) However, when the above-mentioned configuration is worn in the ear, sound leaks through the gap between the ear and the headphones, reducing the low-frequency reproduction ability. There is a problem in that headphones are uncomfortable to wear due to individual differences in size, and there is a need for the development of headphones that are particularly good at reproducing low frequencies.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the hesodophone of the present invention includes a case for fixing the periphery of the diaphragm of the speaker, and a protector for covering the front surface of the diaphragm. The structure is such that an elastic foam polymer is provided around the periphery of the case corresponding to the circumferential direction and on the outer periphery of the protector other than the center part, which takes a longer time to return to its original shape than it takes to deform under pressure.

An elastic foamed polymer (hereinafter simply referred to as polymer) 1 disclosed in the above publication is provided. Even if this polymer 1 is deformed by instantaneous pressure, it will return to its original shape in about 45 seconds. When this polymer 1 is shaped into a small shape by hand and then worn on the ear, it becomes larger over time and comes into close contact with the ear.

従って音の洩れが少なくなり低域捷で再生可能となる。Therefore, sound leakage is reduced and reproduction is possible at low frequencies.

Here, the polymer 1 was formed into a ring shape concentric with the speaker, but as shown in Fig. 2a, the polymer 1 was made into a ring shape that corresponds to the ratio of the concha length to the concha width W, as shown in Fig. 2a. By making it into an elliptical shape as shown, leakage can be further reduced, making it possible not only to reproduce low frequencies but also to improve the feeling of wearing. Here, the ellipse ratio L/W is approximately 1.3 to 2.4.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention improves the adhesion between the ear and the headphones by providing elastic foam polymer around the outer periphery of the speaker and around the front surface of the diaphragm, thereby reducing sound leakage. That's it. It is possible to reproduce the low frequency range with the sub-2, and also,
The fit can be improved by fitting the ear perfectly without taking into account individual differences. Furthermore, since the adhesion has been improved, the amount of sound leaking from the headphones to the outside is reduced, which also prevents noise from being transmitted to people other than the listener.
