【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は接着物の製造方法に関する。磁性体、
誘電体や圧電体などの薄板材料の加工や組立てに
おいては、接着工程を必要とすることが多い。従
来は、これら接着物の製造に当つて薄い接着層を
得るために、被接着物を万力で締付ける方法や被
接着物の上に重量物を載せる方法などが用いられ
ていたが、均一でかつ薄い接着層を得ることが困
難であつて、接着後の加工工程や組立工程におい
てばらつきを生じ、精密部品を作成する上で改善
が望まれていた。本発明はこのような欠点がなく
均一で薄い接着層が得られる接着物の製造方法を
提案しようとするものである。

に離型処理を施し、この固定金具内に接着剤を介
して重畳せしめた被接着物を収納し、一端に押圧
部が設けられるとともにこの押圧部を付勢支持す
るばねが内部に設けられたねじ棒部材を前記固定
金具の壁板に貫通螺合させ、このねじ棒部材によ
り前記被接着物を押圧して接着するものであつ
て、以下その実施例を図面を参照して説明する。

じ棒5は円筒状をなし内部にばね6を取りつけ、
被接着物1,2を押圧する鋼球7がねじ棒5の下
端から出退可能にばね6で支持されている。また
固定金具4の内壁は、被接着物1,2間の接着剤
3が流出したときに内壁面に固着してしまわない
ように離型剤8を施しておく。固定金具4内に収
容した重畳する被接着物1,2は、ねじ棒5を締
付けて下部の鋼球7で上面中心部を押圧する。ね
じ棒5は被接着物1,2の大きさあるいは必要な
押圧力に応じて適当なばね6のものを選択する。
また被接着物1,2の上面が大であれば複数のね
じ棒5を用い、所要の押圧力が均一に被接着物の
上面に加わるようにする。

の圧電セラミツク板を、硬化温度が80℃のエポキ
シ系の接着剤を用いて接着した。離型処理はフツ
素系樹脂テープを固定金具の内壁に貼り付けるこ
とにより行なつた。接着剤を介して重畳せしめた
セラミツク板を85℃に加熱した固定金具中で直径
5mmのねじ棒を用いて押圧し、30分保温した後、
空気中で徐冷し、3μmの均一で薄い硬化接着層
を有する圧電体が得られた。固定金具からの圧電
体の取り出しも簡単であつた。前記離型処理の別
の方法としてフロン系の樹脂を溶剤で溶解した液
体を固定金具の内壁に塗布したが同様の結果が得
られた。

棒部材により押圧するので、作業が極めて簡単で
あり、ねじ棒部材一端の押圧部はばねで支持され
ているので、ねじの締め方のばらつきによる加圧
力の差をほとんどなくすことができ、かつ適当な
ばねのねじ棒部材を選定することにより常に正確
な押圧力で被接着物を押圧でき、均一で薄い接着
層の接着物が得られる。また金型の内壁には離形
処理を施しておくので、接着完了後の固定金具か
らの接着物取り出しも容易である。
