- セル室内に固化パツケージを収納する複数の筒
状ピツトを立設し、該筒状ピツトの回りに冷却流
路を形成する外筒を環状間隙を空けて配設すると
ともに、該間隙に冷却流路を複数分割する縦フイ
ンを筒状ピツトの外表面に一体に連設してなるこ
とを特徴とする固化パツケージの保管装置。
