調合成樹脂は、アクリル樹脂板にすじ状の細かい
キズを付けてアルミニウムを真空蒸着したものあ
るいは塩化ビニル樹脂板にヘアライン調のポリエ
ステルフイルムを接合したもの等が知られてい
る。このうち特に後者のものは、打抜き加工や折
曲げ加工ができ、しかも比較的安価であるため、
この種の分野で多用されているが、打抜き加工時
に欠けが生じ、端面の真空蒸着膜の一部が剥脱す
る難点があつた。

板は、その構成上折曲げ加工、真空成形加工ある
いはプレス加工等立体形状に加工することも可能
である。
