手術、特に幼児は手術のさい眼を開いているこ
とがあつて消毒薬その他の薬剤、手術時の排出汚
物等が眼中に入り目に悪い影響を及ぼすことがあ

本案は、例えば、このような場合に使用するも

れていない非接着性縁部２を存して皮膚及び目に
対し刺激性のないアクリル系その他の粘着剤の層
３を設けて保護用貼着片４が形成されている。図
面には上記薄膜は矩形状にして、眼に貼つたさい
にその下縁部に当る位置に非接着部２を形成して
いるが、薄膜は眼部を被覆できる大きさ形状であ
れば円形、隋円形、方形状であつてもよく、又前
記非接着部２は貼着若しくは剥離のさいのつまみ
となるもので、適宜の縁部のほか、周縁部に設け
てもよい。薄膜はポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン
その他の柔軟性な合成樹脂フイルムで形成され、
水蒸気その他のガス体の透過性の不充分な場合に
はガス体は通すが、液体と粉末状の固体を通さな
い微細孔を設けて適当な通気性にして使用され
る。又該薄膜は任意に着色もでき、またその表面
１ａをマツト加工その他の方法で適当な艶消しに
形成して手術のさい強い光が当つたさいに乱反射
させまばゆくなくして、術者の妨げにならないよ
うにしている。５は剥離片で、図では、両眼用に

剤層を介して貼着したものが示されているが、貼
着片４ごとに上記剥離片５を貼着してもよい。薄

散、不良物は全く眼に入らないばかりでなく、眼
瞼を閉じた状態で貼着すれば、その状態でまぶた
は保定されるから、幼児でも貼着中眼瞼を開くこ
とが全くなく、薄膜表面を艶消しにしたことと相
俟つて、手術中照明灯からの強い光線の直射を受
けても目を害する心配が全くない。また薄膜表面
は艶消し加工されていて手術時の強い光線が当つ
ても乱反射するからまばゆくなく、施術の妨げと
ならない。この貼着片は未熟児等のように強い光
線から目を保護する必要のある場合は光遮断用と
しても使用できるものであり、その構造簡単で、
