[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a disposable wet towel, and more specifically to a roll-shaped wet towel that is soft and fluffy.

Conventional disposable towels made of paper or nonwoven fabrics have problems such as being difficult to unfold during use, and the troublesomeness is particularly noticeable in the type of towels stacked in strips. Also, rolls have curls and are hard, making them difficult to roll out and making them difficult to use.
These problems arise from the fact that the paper and nonwoven fabric used as materials have the characteristic of becoming soft and stale when wet with liquid. Because the paper or nonwoven fabric is wrapped around the paper or nonwoven fabric, it completely loses its repellency when it is dry.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and takes advantage of the repellency that paper and nonwoven fabrics have when dry to provide a product that has almost no curling, is easy to unfold, and is easy to use. .

In order to achieve this technical problem, the present invention impregnates one side of half-folded paper or nonwoven fabric with a liquid, the other side is dry, and forms the first edge of the folded folded paper or nonwoven fabric. The wet towel body is characterized by being composed of a wet towel body which is formed into a soft roll with a central part as a core and a space left in the center part, and a package body in which the wet towel body is wrapped.

This material is half-folded, and one side of the rolled-up side 1
A is impregnated with liquid a, and the other side 1b is dry, and from the material in such a state, a space 1 is formed in the center using the bent end edge 1c of the rolled-up edge 1c as a core.
The wet towel body 1 is formed by rolling it softly, leaving the part d, so that the wet towel body 1 is soft and has a large diameter.

Since the wet towel body 1 is a sanitary product, the packaging body 2 is made of a material that is capable of preventing foreign matter from entering the wet towel body 1 and preventing evaporation of the liquid a impregnated in the wet towel body 1, for example, a non-breathable material. A liquid-impermeable material is used to form a bag, and the wet towel body 1 is enclosed within the bag. On the other hand, due to the nature of wet towels as a product, efforts are being made to shorten the time from production to use as much as possible, and this trend is particularly strong for commercial use (restaurants, coffee shops). Therefore, in consideration of costs, it is optional to use a packaging material that emphasizes cosmetic properties and production suitability, without being particular about air impermeability and liquid impermeability.

The liquid impregnated into the wet towel body 1 is water, alcohol, or other liquid. In addition, the amount of impregnation should be within the range of 150% to 350% of the material's own weight, which is the amount of liquid required to make the material soft and bulky. If it is less than this, the material will lack flexibility, while if it is more than this, the amount of liquid If there is too much, the material loses its elasticity, making it bulky and difficult to roll.If it is less than this, the amount of liquid required during use, i.e. 200% to 400% of the material's own weight, will feel insufficient. In this case, the amount of liquid to be impregnated on one side is determined based on the material's own weight, taking into account that the amount of liquid is too large and may cause discomfort.
It was found that 200% to 350% is appropriate.

One side of the half-fold shape is impregnated with liquid, and the other side is made of dry material and is softly rolled with the first edge of the folded shape as the core, leaving a space in the center. The repellency and appropriate softness of paper or nonwoven fabric coexist, making it soft and fluffy all the way to the center, easy to roll out without curling, and easy to use.

One side is in contact with the other side, and the liquid impregnated on one side slowly transfers and penetrates into the other side, so the other side does not lose its fluffy and soft state during use. Similarly, it is wet with liquid and can be used without any problems.
