欠点がある。塊状の素麺の場合は塊状になつたま
ま押し流されるのでほぐれをとれないままになつ
ている。更に氷を入れても氷が押し流されるだけ
で氷解しにくく素麺の冷却能力が低いと言う問題
点がある。又後者の実開昭55−82980号公報のも
のではいまだその渦流は不充分であつて素麺が外
周壁に偏ることも少なく目詰り、氷の回転による
氷解速度の増加も大きなものにいたらず冷却能力
がいまだ低いと言う問題点があつた。

た水が外周壁の内面に当たつて上昇し流水路の流
水に強い渦流を発生させることを特徴とする素麺
流し器にある。

にノズルを設けたことによつて渦流の発生を強く
し、素麺を外周壁近くに片寄せて内周壁近くに寄
せつけず、しかも内周壁に上から下への下方流を
発生させることで素麺による取水口の目詰りを防
ぎ、又素麺塊をほぐしながら少しねじることで箸
掴みが良好で、しかも氷を入れれば氷が渦流で回
転して氷解速度が3倍ほど速くなつて冷却能力が
大幅に向上するという利点がある。
