DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method of forming a multicolored flow pattern decorative sheet. Conventional methods for forming multicolored patterns using pellets on thermoplastic resin sheets include methods of manufacturing sheets by kneading pellets, methods of scattering and fixing pellets on sheets, and methods of collecting pellets of multiple colors. There was a method of rolling it into a sheet.

However, since both use pellets that have been gelled to a very high degree, they require high temperatures and high temperatures during processing.
High rolling force was required, and since rolling was carried out at high pressure, the outline of the pattern was blurred and the design was unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the pellet manufacturing process requires as many steps as necessary depending on the number of colors used, and in order to obtain a more complex pattern, more steps and preparation of patterned pellets are required, making it inefficient.

The present invention is a method for forming a multicolored decorative sheet that solves the above-mentioned problems, by sequentially forming liquid coloring material layers of multiple colors using a thermoplastic resin as a binder on a releasable base material, drying the layer, and then forming a releasable base material. The gist of the present invention is a method for producing a multicolored decorative sheet, which is characterized by granulating the sheet-like pattern material obtained by removing the material and heat rolling the granular aggregate.

FIG. 1 is a part of a manufacturing process diagram of the decorative sheet of the present invention. 1 is a releasable base material, 2, 5, 8, 1
1 is a liquid coloring material layer forming device. Releaseable base material 1
A liquid coloring material layer containing a thermoplastic resin as a binder is formed on top. As the thermoplastic resin binder, vinyl chloride homopolymers, copolymers of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, ethylene, acrylic acid or acrylic esters, other acrylic resins, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, etc. are suitable.
When obtaining a patterned material sheet using the coloring material layer forming devices 2, 5, 8, and 11, the coloring material layer may be formed in a pattern using a rotary screen or flat screen printing device, or a plain coloring material sheet may be formed using a rotary screen or flat screen printing device. It may be formed to a uniform thickness using a screen, a known paste knife coater, or a reverse roll coater, or a combination of these methods may be used. After these colorant layers are formed in sequence, each layer is placed in ovens 3, 6,
9 and 12 to form a dry gel. At this time, it is preferable that the gelation of the coloring material layer be relatively low to the extent that the liquid resin solidifies by a conventional method. After the coloring material layer is dried, it is cooled through cooling rolls 4, 7, 10, and 13 to obtain a sheet-like pattern material. The sheet-like pattern material 14 obtained by peeling off the releasable base material 1 is then granulated by a crusher 15 to obtain granular materials 16 of the pattern material. The granular aggregate is heated and rolled using a calendar roll to form the multicolored decorative sheet of the present invention. In the decorative sheet of the present invention, a granular material having a multilayered pattern is heated and rolled, so that a pattern with a delicate, complex, and clearly defined outline can be obtained. In particular, by adjusting the gelation of the thermoplastic resin when creating the sheet-like pattern material mentioned above, it is possible to roll granules with relatively low gelation at a low rolling ratio, making it possible to roll granules with a relatively low gelation at a low rolling ratio. Compared to the case where the sheet is rolled at a high temperature and high rolling ratio, a sheet with a smooth surface and a high design quality as described above can be obtained without the pattern being kneaded or blurred.

Figure 2 shows a sheet-like patterned material. a, b, c,
Coloring material layers of four colors d are formed, and these can be done by pattern printing means using a screen, uniform thickness coating means using a coater, or by combining these two methods to form a coloring material layer c of the printed pattern to a uniform thickness. coloring material layer a,
It is also possible to form a sandwich-like structure with b and d. The obtained sheet-like pattern material is granulated, for example, along the dashed line as shown in the drawing. It may also be granulated by other methods.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the pattern material granules made of layered coloring material are aggregated and rolled, a multicolored decorative sheet with a fine and clear outline without blurring and a high design quality can be obtained. are mixed to create a harmonious tone. At this time, by suppressing gelation of the coloring material layer, a smoother and clearer pattern can be obtained.

Further, the desired pattern material granules can be consistently obtained, and whereas conventional pellets are stored for each color, this is not necessary and the area required for implementation can be greatly reduced in the present invention. Furthermore, changing colors or creating more complex patterns can be easily done by simply adding a printing device or the like.

Example Coloring materials of ivory, white, light gray, and dark gray using polyvinyl chloride paste of Formulation A were printed with a thickness of 0.25 mm for each color on a releasable substrate coated with silicone resin using four screen printers. Then, drying in an oven at 140°C and cooling with a cooling roll were repeated to obtain a sheet-like patterned material with a total thickness of 1.0 mm. The pattern material was peeled off from the releasable base material, and the pattern material was fed to a pelletizer to obtain 3 mm square pattern material granules.
